The whole process was so easy! I signed up online and paid the deposit and then everything was basically done for me!! We got there and from the moment we stepped foot inside the staff was SO kind and helpful. They always checked up on us and made sure the party kept “rolling” lol. My daughter LOVED it and is already planning on having her birthday there next year. 10/10 recommend!!
