Must Do! - Excellent, well planned tour! Just enough time for everything without a rush. Niagara Falls is a must-see and the boat cruise is a must-do. Our tour guide and bus driver were both knowledgeable and very personable. 10/10, highly recommend!

The best day ever - Thanks to our tour guide Mr Shah. It was an amazing day from the start. They were very organized and on time. Everything was fabulous and we had a lots of fun inside and out of the bus. The driver also drives very smoothly. Niagara was beautiful and the boat ride was very unique experience. Thank you

Niagra falls visit and boat trip - The tour guide,Wayne, was excellent with a wealth of local knowledge delivered with humour. The wine tour was an interesting stop. The boat trip was amazing and a great experience.

Fun trip!! - We had a blast! Your driver and your guides were amazing and super professional. The final stop at old town I wish was a little longer we felt rushed there.

Fun, not too long, day trip to Niagara Falls - A fantastic day trip to Niagara Falls, a winery, a boat ride and a stop in Niagara on the Lake. Our guide, John was friendly and very knowledgeable. He shared lots of interesting facts along the way too. Also, Brian is a great driver. Thanks for a memorable and delightful day.

A must do tour! - David & Don from TBCL were outstanding. With Davids knowledge about Canada and Dons amazing and smooth driving skill, they took us on this tour and I am left with the best memories and knowledge about the history of Canada. Thank you TBCL for the great experience!

A special experience - We had an amazing time on the tour to Niagra Falls, John was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable and kept us entertained the whole journey. Brian got us safely to all our destinations and was fab at recommending lunch spots as we opted to get our own lunch on the tour. We took the cruise onto the lakes and got on straight away, an amazing experience and would definitely recommend. The stop at Niagra on the Lake was particularly special and was definitely a highlight for us as we enjoyed an ice cream and a drink. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone, in particular to two Scottish people from Glasgow :)

Brilliant tour, Winery... - Brilliant tour, Winery very good. Nicky our tour guide was very friendly & informative as was our great driver Don. Niagara Falls is sublime, totally incredible and Niagara on the Lake very quaint & picturesque. My only complaint is that I had already paid within the ticket for a NF Boat Trip, I went down the ramp and was devastated to learn that everyone had to continue going down to the boat by an elevator. I cannot go in an elavator due to a very bad experience when being stuck in one, there was a Funicula which only went back up but did not go down to my disgust. I ended up having to walk up and missing out on the boat ride with everyone, there was nobody to speak to about this at the time and I wish I had known prior to booking this trip of the procedure for the boat trip. I would like my money back that I wasted on the boat trip which I could not participate in. I also cannit understand why there were no stairs as what would happen if there was a fire or the elevator out of order.

Lower your expectations. - Stop at amateur student winery was a waste of time. Tour operator probably gets a commission on sales. That time could have been better spent at the town of Niagara on the Lake where we had just a few minutes. The one person who didn't get back to the bus on time should have been left instead of delaying the rest of us for 45 minutes.

Its was an splendid experience - The places visited were amazing. The bus was perfect. Things to improve maybe is to have a separate driver and a guide which will make the tour more exciting and fun. Have also complimentary water available in the bus.
