Loved it ! - We had an amazing time time. I loved every bit of it. The best part of it was the amazing stories told our guide Mel ! I definitely recommend it.

An entertaining tour that makes it easy for you to enjoy the Falls - My husband and I went on this tour with our 4 year old. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it! Our tour guide was Melvin, who has been doing this for 24 years. He was very knowledgeable and struck a great balance of entertainment, with stories and music, and also providing time to enjoy the view. 1. Here was our itinerary: Leave Ripley Aquarium 8 AM 1st stop - Sir Adam Beck Hydroelectric Station Reservoir (~10 mins) 2nd stop - Flower Clock (~10 mins) 3rd stop - Souvenir Shop (~40 mins); you go in as a group for the maple syrup tasting which was about 5 mins and then you have the rest of the time to shop, eat, etc. 4th stop - Skylon Tower (~40 mins); you can go up the tower or explore the location, there is a Starbucks, souvenir shops, and an arcade in the building Niagara Falls 12 - 3 PM 5th stop - the group that was going on the cruise was escorted from the bus to the dock; the cruise took about 20 mins and then we had the rest of the time to explore Arrive Ripley Aquarium ~5 PM 2. Do not pick up a coffee and plan to drink it on the bus. It is not allowed because of the many spills the driver has had to clean up in the past. 3. Strollers are ok on the bus. For our child, we only needed it when we got to Niagara Falls. 4. Do the cruise to the Falls, it was well worth it! Note, the ponchos that they give you do not cover your arms and legs.

Excellent trip all the way - Had such an amazing time going with the beautiful views and wonderful service my group and I received from Mel the driver. Such a blessing during this trip.

Amazing, cheap and convenient experience!! Choose this company!! - I am so so grateful to Mel for a safe, fun, organized, hospitable, informative, easy, and wonderful experience. It wasn’t just a day trip, it was an EXPERIENCE to remember. I loved hearing his stories throughout the tour.. he made the Niagara Falls area come alive!! Even as a Niagara Falls local, going with friends on a tour for the first time, it was well worth it and would 100% recommend this to everyone!!!!!!! It is truly much less expensive than other companies and so personal, convenient and fun. We were truly blessed!!!!

An exceptional day out - We had an amazing day with Micko our driver/tour guide. Niagara was everything we hoped for and more. Micko took us to some different photo stops and shared a lot of his knowledge with us. You must go on the boat and yes you do get very wet so choose a sunny day .

Niagara Falls from Toronto - Nicki did an excellent job telling the story of the Niagara Falls and vicinity around there and Toronto. Well done! He had to navigate us around some traffic jams/construction to keep it on schedule, but did so with a minimum of time loss and fuss. Thanks Micki!

Excellent day tour and well worth it. - Melvin made it a joy to enjoy one of the most spectacular places on Planet Earth. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and its history, both geologically and culturally. Caring and full of it wit, Melvin went out of his way to ensure everyone enjoyed their time and made the effort to ensure all our needs were met. The falls are spectacular and this tour made it all accessible and easy - no thinking involved! Higly recommend.

Great tour but not with who we booked with - While we had booked with the Chariots of Fire tour company https://www.tourniagarafalls.com/tour instead we ended up having a wonderful tour with Niagara Day Tour https://www.niagaradaytour.com/niagara-falls-sightseeing-tour/ Micko was very knowledgeable, fun and interesting. We would definitely recommend him and the Niagara Day Tour company. It would have been very helpful to know that we had been moved to a different tour company, at a slightly later pick up time before we had to approach a bus driver (who we thought had nothing to do with our tour) about whether he knew anything about our tour on the morning.
