Wonderful Experience - Beautiful experience! Our guide Shaf was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and very very engaging! Jason was our driver. Both of them were very friendly and went above and beyond for our group. Comfortable nice and neat bus, pick-up was on time, set off nicely to our first stop at the college winery, 3 course lunch at the amazing Victoria restaurant with fantastic view of the falls, then the boat ride which was just terrific, then the opportunity to walk around the garden and the other attractions in Niagra village then the drive through to Niagra on the lake village and the walk around of the village market! Just cannot recommend this tour enough! Absolute wonderful day! Thank you Shaf and Jason.

Fun trip to Falls with TBCL - Great trip with a great tour guide and driver. We have visited winery at the Niagara College to test some wine and had a students to give us tips about their wines. Next stop was Niagara Falls with lunch and free time to observe falls. After time spent there our last stop was small historic town Niagara on the Lake. Short walk through town and have a quick stop in a few shops there. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips what to see and where to go. Drive was comfortable with TBCL bus. Definitely will choose the company again for my future trip to Toronto.

Excellent Tour Guide makes for an excellent tour - David was a fantastic tour guide. He has so much knowledge that it made for an extremely informative tour. Pickup spot was easy to find, just on the side of Royal York (where the Billy Bishop shuttles pickup). We chose not to do the boat or lunch, and just took the tour for transportation. Bus left 9:30 and made it way down the highway to a winery college. Along the way David gave us lots of information about the scenery we passed & the winery college. The college was lovely, they took us out into the vineyard where we sampled 3 of their wines & learned about their process, before heading inside where we had about 10 mins to purchase anything we liked/used the bathrooms etc. Next stop was Niagara Falls, and again David gave us lots of information about the areas we were driving through & the Falls. The bus dropped us up at the horseshoe section of the falls around noon for about 2 hours. Those who had purchased the package with lunch went to Queen Victoria for a set menu, the rest of us had free time to get our own meals at Table Rock Centre (there were about 5 quick service restaurants - sushi/noodles, burgers, pizza, ice cream & deli) & then grab some pics of the falls. Next stop was back down to the Clifton Hill area where you catch the boat into the falls. We opted not to take the boat & instead had an hour to explore the Clifton Hill area (which was campy but fun. Sort of like Vegas/Coney Island). The bus then headed to Niagara on the Lake, but on the way David pointed out a number of interesting landmarks, the floral clock, Laura Seconds Homestead, Power Plant, small church, etc etc. Once we arrived at NOTL, the bus parked in a parking lot about 5mins from downtown. We all walked down a pathway into town where we had an hour to look around at all the little shops, grab an ice cream & admire the quaint atmosphere. Then it was back on the bus where David gave us information about all the vineyards we were passing through on the ride back to Toronto arriving back just before 8pm. All in all, a fantastic day. A few delays due to traffic & a busy queue for the ferry, but that's to be expected when you travel to TO in the middle of summer. Bus driver and our tour guide David did a great job. One of the best tours ive taken.

Trip to Niagara to see the falls. - David, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the local area and history. Brian was a great bus driver. They added to the enjoyment of the tour. I gave this 5 stars because it was well organized, we got to do the things we wanted to do. I.e. visit the falls, take a boat ride and stop off at Niagara by the lake. The lunch was typical for a tour. Nothing special, but we didn’t have to think about it. Overall it was a lovely day out.

Great Niagara Falls Excursion. - David, our guide, was very knowledgeable. The trip was well planned out with clear instructions for meeting after our stops to Niagara Falls and Niagara by the Lake. Isaac, our driver, did a great job getting us there and back through thick Canada Day traffic.

Excellent informational tour - Less lunch time so that we could have had more time at Niagara on the Lake. Two and a half hours was too long.

Very pleasant - I hadn`t been to Niagara-on-the-Lake since....last century and took the trip/tour because of it. Everything went well although I question why the boat cruise was included as an option. Instead, we would have had more time to discover Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Great Trip! - It was a fantastic day trip!! We got picked up outside of the hotel. Comfortable bus. The only issue I had was the speaker on the bus kept making whistling noise the entire time the man was speaking so by the time we got to where we were, I had a headache from it. I wasn't even sure if it was from the Speaker but on the way back he wasn't talking and there was no noise so it had to be. The wine tasting is at the wine college of Ontario. Niagara falls is beautiful some got to go on the boat our package didn't offer that. We decided to walk into town and explore the downtown Niagara falls area instead. After that we spent time taking pictures near the falls and then met back with the bus. We then ventured into the town of Niagara. Very cute little shops and lots of different ice cream shops. Then went back to Toronto after that. Definitely worth the bus ride and no stress of driving yourself!! Definitely a great trip and I look forward to booking another just like it!
