Unforgettable Niagara Falls Tour with Exceptional Service! - We had a great tour to Niagara Falls! It was the perfect selection for our family. A small group, and our very professional driver, Adam, was amazing. It was a great combination of group time and private time. The finale, watching the fireworks at the falls, was unforgettable. I highly recommend this great company!

Absolutely perfect! - My daughter booked this tour for herself and I as my birthday treat while we were visiting Niagara in early September, following some lovely emails back and forth between myself and Eden E, Queen Tours Office Manager, who was prompt in answering my queries and informed me of all the tour details. As we were staying in Niagara Falls itself, we were last to be collected. The tour operator kept us informed of the pick up as there was a small delay due to traffic from Toronto. Mr Nice the driver was very welcoming, happy and extremely knowledgeable (Nice by name and definitely by nature!) As we drove, Mr Nice kept up a very interesting and informative commentary about the Fall’s history and facts. The whirlpool area was fantastic, the maple syrup tasting was fabulous, the boat trip was awesome, the meal was amazing and being able to control the lights on the falls just rounded up an absolutely incredible day. I couldn’t have asked for more to make my birthday so perfect and defiantly one to remember. Thank you so much.

Romantic getaway - Great experience for all. Trip was 10 hours included visiting Niagara other boat ride to falls, coming to falls when you can feel breeze on your face then we were given an hour to walk around and do other activities which was not appealing like speed boat ride, zip line and other activities for mor younger people. Then we illuminated waterfalls afterwards went to dinner and watched fireworks. Big thanks to our guide Adam Nice.

Peace of mind. - Views were great, and Adam the driver was knowledgable in telling us where we should go for the best evening views etc. It was a smooth drive there and back. Would have liked some more history on niagara Falls as we were travelling from a different country. The trip offers you peace of mind, no queuing for tickets as Adam sorted it all. It would have been nice to include the whirlpool as part of the tour. It would be very popular!

Has Room for Improvement - Tour was generally was well-designed and well-organized and relatively cheaper than others. But the one thing that could really really be improved is the Tour guide Adam Nice. 1. Joined a tour where majority of the participants are asians and he would make snide comments to the few european and americans about how we are outnumbered in a weird sarcastic tone. Firstly, none of us seemed to mind them. So I don't understand why he repeatedly said this as each caucasian joined the van at the beginning. I just smiled awkwardly. Like why is race such a big thing? 2. At the very beginning of the trip, he mentioned to the whole group a quick anecdote about how asians usually don't tip but recently 2 hong kong ladies were so impressed by him that they gave him $100 and he's hoping to get high tips again from the hong kong group (family of 4; coincidentally there were also 2 asian ladies (not sure what country; probably thai or viet in the van). Just rubbed me the wrong way. 3. He gave free candies to the group emphasizing that "this did not come from my boss; it came from me". Literally just candies candies. Not even water or anything fancier but he had to let us know for him to get tips. 4. At night, he gave out postcards. One for each. Except for the hong kong group which he initially only wanted to give 1. He asked how many they want, one of them said 4 (one for each family member) but he only gave them 2. Like, dude, you were asking for a huge tip at the beginning of the trip but you are so stingy with those cheap-ass postcards? Why?? 5. Had a miscommunication with an american couple who were part of the group and he broadcasted their whole story (and how they were crying and distraught) to the whole group while the couple were not yet there. That is soooo unprofessional. We didn't need to know what happened. Just say there's been a miscommunication. End of story. He really didn't explain much about the places or interacted with us. I feel like maybe he's not trying because the group has more asians than caucasians (but the asians seem to be able to understand and speak english perfectly). No enthusiasm at all. To the management, I'm sure you will be defensive (as I see in your replies to other less-than-positive reviews) and say that Adam Nice is a veteran tour guide with many many positive reviews - what I'm sharing is my experience so please don't try to discredit or disregard it. I hope to see some accountability and true commitment in training your tour guides to be more professional and more sensitive to other cultures. In my opinion, the tour was nice enough (well-organized, stuck to schedule, no mishaps) but just the tour guide soured the experience so I'm still giving it a 3/5. There are surely better tours out there. Note: i learned today that Google shadow removes some reviews and it happens to so many people (whether the review is positive or negative - see reddit for people who experienced this) so don't trust Google Reviews!
