So recommend this activity - Loved the service and the experience. It was easy as it was all done for us like we wanted.. We got the small group package, which was not cheap but worth it. They did mention there was a wine tasting that ended up being a maple syrup tasting, didn't mind it, liked it as well.
My only con would be that we get too little time at the village so we couldn't enjoy it much cause it was lunch time and we had kids that needed to eat something so didnt quite get to see the village, let alone the Lake, would have been nice.,and that would be sorted by getting back at 6.30 instead of 5.30 pm.
Other than that our driver was so nice and told us so many stories, it made the trip easy and lovely.

Trip to Niagara - We had an amazing time and Peter was an awesome guide, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, my only very small complaint is that such a wonderful beautiful place such as Niagara on the lake deserves much more than an hour.

Amazing Day out in the Snow! - I booked the trip for last Sunday at short notice and would like to thank Crystal for her excellent customer service.
The trip was conducted by Roy who was just superb, in both his knowledge and friendliness and also guiding us to some wonderful sights. I enjoyed the Ice wine testing, the drive round a beautiful snow-blanketed Niagara-on-the-Lake with stops whenever we saw a photo opportunity, the whirlpool rapids, and then on to Niagara Falls. I had taken my photography gear and so it was great to have over 2 hours free-time there to capture some nice images in the snow. The weather was exceptionally cold but the falls were beautiful. The tour was fantastic and I'd definitely book another trip next time I'm in Toronto. Many thanks to Roy for a wonderful day!

Great tour guide, really nice SUV... - <p>Great tour guide, really nice SUV but the back row is made for children with short legs... not adults. My legs were KILLING me after riding in the back for 2 hours and it was REALLY hard to get in and out of the van from the back. Originally 2 elderly people were in the back but they just had so much difficulty we swapped around. I'm only 32 and it was hard for me. But the boat ride at Niagara was amazing! The ice wine was tasty too and Niagara By the Lake was nice, but with only 1 hour we only had time for lunch and not shopping or exploring. We did not have much time at Niagara itself either, not enough free time to do the zipline or go up in the tower, just the boat and 30min to walk around and take pictures. I don't know how the tour could be reorganized to allow for more free time though. If all you want to do is the boat ride at the falls and get lunch and taste some wine then this is a great tour, if you want free time, then there is just not enough of it on this tour. But overall I had a really good time!</p>

Good drive good tour guide...but the... - <p>Good drive good tour guide...but the Mercedes van 's air condition system did not work well.....the rear seats very stuffy...air condition not.... consistent.......need to check it out...</p>

Horrible Coordination, Pre-planning non existent - The morning of our tour, we received a phone call thru our hotel's operator that the tour company was calling. They proceeded to tell us that we were being picked up now and the driver was waiting for us. This was disturbing since they weren't scheduled to show up for another 90 minutes. Hence we rushed out with no breakfast and headed out for the 2-1/2 hour drive. Also when we questioned the earlier pickup, the coordinator/dispatcher proceeded to tell us that they left a voicemail & sent a text. When in fact all we found was an email that was sent at 8:45 pm the night before. Clearly we didn't check being on vacation. And if she truly sent a text & left a voicemail, then why did she call us that morning via our hotel's switchboard operator. Not a good thing lying to the customers.

No spanish audio no wine tasting - TripAdvisor should communicate with it's touring companies, here at their website said they included spanish audio guide,
They didn't,
They said they would pick me up at my hotel,
They didn't,
They said it included a wine tasting that lead me to believe it'd be at a winery house,
It wasn't,
They charged me almost 100CAD for a wine tasting at a store,
I would not recommend this tour at all,
