You can choose to take the pedestrian tunnel to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport located inside the mainland pavilion, or the 90-second ferry ride that runs every 15 minutes across Toronto’s inner harbour. The ferry is free for pedestrians and starts at $14 for vehicles (return trip) plus parking.

Suggest to try - My fiancé and I enjoyed our first helicopter experience.
The weather was cooperating. We had a nice view of Toronto and the crew helped us to have memorable moments. Thanks to the captain, it was such a smooth and safe journey.
I recommend this activity if you want to have some excitement.

Birds' eye view of Toronto - Did this as an experience gift for my hubby. Great experience even though it was a bit cloudy. The staff were very organized and gave good instructions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a strange smell in the helicopter when we got in. Mild enough that we were fine for the short ride but it lingered.
