Loved learning about Toronto - This tour was wonderful. We had a local tour guide, and that was the best. The back stories and history made the city come alive.

Discovering the Essentials of Toronto - The tour provides a quick and practical way to see some of Toronto’s most iconic landmarks, such as the CN Tower and the Distillery District. It also includes a very relaxing and interesting boat ride along the shores of Lake Ontario to admire the city skyline. Our guide was extremely punctual and friendly. He explained everything we needed to feel connected to Toronto and even offered additional suggestions to enhance our visit to the city.

See lots of the city - Great guided tour that allows you to see more of the city than by walking. The stops were well planned out. The guide, Daniel, was very informative.

Fantastic informative tour of Toronto - Our tour of Toronto started with a visit to the imposing CN Tower – we went up to BOTH observation decks! – then to the sprawling indoor St. Lawrence Market & Food Court – best Reuben sandwich I ever had! (And I lived in NYC!) – then to the underground PATH (cited by Guinness Records as the largest underground shopping mall in the world), and at every opportunity, we drove around several historic buildings (including the State House and Mayor’s Office). Our tour guide Ehsaan had tremendous knowledge about Toronto’s history, culture, and multi-cultural heritage – he had lots of stories about each place we visited. He was also very personable and always very responsive to our questions – an outstanding tour guide! We highly recommend this tour of Toronto –especially with tour guide like Ehsaan.

Not quite sure... - Have always used aviator, but this one was a little shaky. We were to be at the front of our hotel to be picked up between 0845 and 0900. At 0910, I tried messaging the tour operator 2-3x and no one answered. Around 0935-0940 I called Customer Service. That's where the runaround and conflicting info started. They told me that he was coming, that he had been caught in traffic. There was no traffic. About that time he showed up and blamed it on the new app that the company was using and that he couldn't go back and forth between Google and the app and couldn't get messages. Then he said that he was there at 0845 and we weren't there and he went to pick up others and come back. We had been there from 0735-0840 and on. That was not true. We went ahead and went. He tried very hard to make it up, but I was already irritated and frustrated which put a huge damper on the whole thing. CN Tower and St Lawrence Market were neat. I understood from the app that Casa Loma would be substituted for the Harbor Cruise starting in November, but we were taken on the cruise and froze even inside the boat. We just asked to be taken back to our hotel after that. Nothing quite added up. Other experiences with Viator have been awesome.
