Our laboratory located 5 minutes from the Pompeii excavations, is ready to welcome enthusiasts and the curious on a tour, to discover the confectionery specialties of our best Neapolitan tradition. The right family environment, less chaotic and more reserved. The experience will allow you to discover the confectionery soul of the Neapolitan tradition, avoiding the classic didactic lesson seasoned with a thousand recipes and ingredients, through the sympathy and madness of the Pastry chef Andrea, who, among notes of mandolin, genuine flavors, colors of our land , will entertain guests making them feel at ease. After the inevitable welcome aperitif, with savory specialities, they will put on a chef’s apron and hat and with their own hands they will participate in the production of a self-made menu: lemon delight, zeppola, shortcrust pastry, many specialties and tasty surprises.
