They don't comply and nothing happens. - In July I booked a boat for St. Bartholomew’s Day (24 August) which was my grandfather’s saint, to surprise my uncle who summers near Torrevieja, From the beginning they already sent a wassap to my phone objecting to the contract made with the company that subcontracts them, with excuses and raising twice what was previously agreed. After getting in touch by several emails, everything was arranged by the company that makes the reservations, but there was one last surprise, again a wassap to my personal phone the night before when we were already having dinner in Alicante at 22:10 according to them because the boat broke down that day and that I did not come, this was very weird since from 20:00 that the boats are left there did not have the detail before and communicated it to me. We showed up the next day there at the Rumbo de Torrevieja rental company at 10:00 and were told to pay me the money because the service could not be rendered, claiming that all the boats had them rented that day, and my boat booked for a month. In short: They have been carrying my euros in their account since July, I with great disappointment for not holding the event as it deserved , disgust of my uncle and with a feeling of helplessness until today. They do not comply and nothing happens, who pays me the trip there for nothing?. For all this I do not recommend anyone to book with this company. Greetings.
