Awesome - Great experience with chilled staff. Well worth doing. They even dunked our legs in the sea which was fun.

They don't tell you. - Excellent activity! We had a wonderful family time. The team is super friendly and caring. I recommend it 100%!

Fully recommend - Professional setup, with safety first but also fun staff who clearly loved what they do, my 10 year old son loved in - when asked if he had fun on a scale of one to ten he said fourteen!

The time actually... - The time actually parasailing. Disappointed how little time was spent in the air rather than sat on the boat.

Good - It was a great experience. My 12 yr old son liked it too. They didn’t provide the drinks but the rest was great.

Perfect activity for summer - All the workers are very friendly and fun, so the whole experience was very pleasant. The parachute climb is very exciting and there are spectacular views of Alicante. I highly recommend it to people who like height, once you are in the air it is very relaxing.

Overrated experience - Pretty normal experience for what it costs, do not give any indication before going, you can not take your mobile to have to buy your photos and video(30€) and the drinks that are included shine by their absence (1 bottle of water xq was dizzy) , the treatment of the right staff

Mediocre, not the friendliest of places - View when up was amazing. Weren’t overly helpful on arrival fill out form, no phones, grab a locker. Didn’t say you had to go to the office after to purchase a photo so we have none as thought that was the point of them having our email address. Staff weren’t overly friendly and didn’t even help us get on the boat from the jetty which isn’t easy when it’s moving and you’re not used to it. Very abrupt instructions especially to one individual on the boat, no lady you listen! Was uncalled for. Instruction was minimal, going up as a 4 extremely uncomfortable with teens actually sat on our knees. 2 of us ended up with sunstroke as the ride on the boat isn’t shaded at all. Would do the parasailing again but unfortunately not here

Pure mass handling - The colleagues at the reception were friendly, but the organization was rather underperforming. It is advertised with included, soft drinks that did not exist. The tour continued to be described in English, however, both colleagues spoke little to nothing and when then almost exclusively Spanish or short stated what to do now. By the way, mobile phones and cameras are prohibited, which was not previously communicated. The crowning glory is the maximum bad photos sold at overpriced prices. I'm very sorry but it just seems like a simple mass clearance.
