- Centro de Interpretación Parque Natural La Mata - We will start with a short historical explanation of the Natural Park and its unique vineyards. Next we will go to see the centuries-old vineyards and explain the main characteristics that make them so special. We will continue walking through the spectacular Natural Park and will make two brief stops: one to see the channel that connects the sea with the lagoon and another to spot the local birds such as the plover and flamingos.
Once the entire walk through the natural park is finished to learn about these vineyards, we will go to an idyllic environment to watch the sunset and taste the authentic wine of the La Mata Natural Park. Additionally, we will pair it with:
- 2 premium extra virgin oils of the arbequina and picual varieties.
- 1 homemade and local tapa.
- 1 homemade local cheese.

On this route you will be able to discover many curiosities of Torrevieja that you probably did not know, such as its vineyards, which were crucial in the 19th century. xix after the phyllosera plague. All of this developed in an incredible environment such as the La Mata Natural Park.
Furthermore, and as it could not be otherwise, culture is gastronomy, so the tasting will be paired with a selection of local and traditional products as well as carefully selected. We will taste a wine from the vineyards of Parque Natural de La Mata; tasting of 2 premium olive oils , 1 homemade cheese and 1 local tapas. So, while we enjoy of a beautiful sunset, we will taste some deferents organic and local products.
