All-inclusive package // Quality vs. price - ABOUT THE COMPANY: Punctual, professional service, excellent English, basic wifi, fair price, they comply with what is offered in the itinerary. ABOUT THE PLACE: really the pictures give you an idea but the experience is 100 times better, you have the animals next to you, the trip through the canals in the national park is unique, really live this experience is worth it. ABOUT THE HOTEL: delicious food and you can eat as much as you can, but only during meal times, I would recommend snacks outside these meal times. Very clean and comfortable rooms, very clean pool, really 4 stars. OVERALL: very good package between price vs. quality.

I always recommend them. - I love the trips with this company, I have been a digital tourist in Costa Rica for a year and it is an excellent option for foreigners living in Costa Rica. This company offers very good tours, but I really choose them for their seriousness and customer service. Hayro is the best guide, I have been to many places with him and he always has interesting information about his country.

Highly recommended - I loved the boat trip, you can see all kinds of animals, the road trip was amazing, Costa Rica has a lot to show. I liked the hospitality of the people, the food is delicious, you should bring insect repellent and sunscreen, drink plenty of water and you will be comfortable on your trip.

Beautiful place - I loved the whole tour to the hotel, the amount of animals that can be seen is incredible and the boats on their way, in general everything is very good, the guides are very good. There are many insects so it is important to use repellent and hydration. In general I recommend it 100%.

I love to travel - When I discovered this trip I thought it would be interesting and new for me, it was really more than I expected, you enjoy that union with nature that not everywhere you can find. I recommend you to bring mosquito repellent, also keep hydrated with plenty of water, on the other hand the food is delicious, and the hotel is very good, the guides know the place and make good recommendations.

I recommend it - My boyfriend and I spent several days in Costa Rica and without a doubt this is one of the best tours. The place is beautiful, with lots of animals, the food is delicious, the weather is a little hot but if you drink water you are fine. The hotel is very good.

Family trip to Costa Rica - We enjoyed our family vacation in Costa Rica. It is a beautiful country with abundance of natural beauty. We particularly liked arnel, coffee plantation tour, zip line tour and scenic drive. We were prepared for the weather (rain in short notice) so we were fine Our tour guide (john) was outstanding- knowledgeable and patient in explaining the details.

Poor - Really disappointed by this tour. The experience is supposed to include a visit to the turtle conservation and to observe turtle spawning on the second day. Turtles are not in season until June so this can not be offered now and isn’t explained until you arrive on the tour. It’s false advertisement. The tour is also described as a 2 day package but actually you leave at 9am on the second day. Good accommodation but would not recommend. Tour company unwilling to provide partial refund for false advertisement

False advertising - First thing you need to know is you do not get 2 days. You arrive at ~2 p.m. on day 1 and are on the taxi home at 8:45 a.m. on the 2nd day. Assume 1 1/2 to 2 hour tour before breakfast as you're only activity on day 2. Besides not receiving the tours we paid for, the company also did not pick us up as promised. An uber showed up 1 1/2 hours late after our hotel continued to call because they ignored my attempts. The uber took us to a random taxi, who took us to his dad to take us to the lunch location. We had 20 min to use find our bus and guide, use the bathroom, and try to get some food before leaving. We got put on a french tour because the english one was full. So we couldn't understand any of the information being given to us. When we finally got to the boat, it was also full. Thankfully our guides stood so we could have seats. The company did not book us at the hotel, so our guide had to talk to them to get us a room and access to the food. The only saving grace to this tour was our guide. He was fantastic and did his best to make our trip fun despite the circumstances. All together the this tour company and Viator are knowenly falsely advertising the experience.
