Creepy crawlies by torch light - Torch lit tour of the labyrinthine jungle just outside the village. Saw scorpions and tarantulas and sloths and a 9 banded armadillo. Jairo our guide was very helpful and knowledgable and we felt safe throughout. Small group of 5 people was excellent. No equipment required as they bring it all. Wear long trousers and closed shoes / boots.

Many animals observed with telescope - Despite heavy rain, the guide has discovered many animals. Again and again he set up his telescope with tripod and each person was allowed to see through once. So we could see animals high up on the trees. Highly recommended tour.

Nightlife - Excellent experience. Guide Marcos mastered the area perfectly, found many animals and also had infinite knowledge of biology. We saw sloth, toucans, iguanas, geckos and frogs among others. I recommend it

Unbeatable experience - The experience could not be better and all because of Marco's professionalism and knowledge. We learned a lot of marsupials, insects, birds, frogs, etc. And although it is a matter of luck, we saw them all: spiders, sloths, snakes, toucans, different insects AND reptiles and even an armadillo!
The amount of information you gave us and the doubts resolved were endless.

Highly recommended, a great guide - We have done the tour with 2 other people. The small size is ideal to watch the animals carefully (other tours were somewhat crowded). We have been provided with flashlights (it would be recommended that they have a little more power, although they served their function perfectly).
Marco, our guide, has shown us (and taught us) about the local fauna and flora. It is appreciated that you have carried a viewfinder (no other guide was) which has allowed us to observe the animals in greater detail. It was noticeable that Marco was an expert in the field of biology, he has explained everything in detail making the tour very enjoyable and interesting. The tour with Marco is definitely highly recommended.

Costa Rica Exuberante - Marcos explained everything and more. Your competition captivated us. The explanations helped us understand the biosystem that characterizes the national park. Un 10

Unforgettable experience - a must - Amazing experience - you absolutely have to take the 6am tour as it’ll give you the best chance to see lots of wildlife. I’d also recommend either taking a kayak or canoe, specifically not motorised so you don’t scare any wildlife as you approach. While nature sightings can never be guaranteed, we were lucky enough to see a giant river otter, iguanas, spider monkeys, capuchins, toucans, aricari, caiman and tons of other birds I can’t remember the name of!
It was also great to learn about the plant life, I left the tour feeling informed and inspired by the beautiful forest.

Marco the best guide - We did the night tour with Marco and it was a lovely experience. We would certainly repeat once and a thousand times. He was super close, friendly and able to pass on all his knowledge to you. Night walking in the jungle is an experience that you certainly have to live before leaving Costa Rica. 100% recommended.

I would not repeat with this company - The Guide (Berni) seemed to be in a hurry to march from minute one and seemed to resent having to do the explanation also in Spanish for us. We paid for a tour in Spanish and were joined by two English-speaking families.
The operation of the spawning sighting seemed invasive and incomplete. It consists of seeing the turtle for about 15" rounds to make way for the next group (we meet with about six groups in the same place). Once you visualize a turtle in the 4 phases that allow you to see, you already have to leave the park.
