In this lesson, participants will immerse themselves in Japanese culture while making sushi with a professional chef. It’s perfect for beginners, and the small, friendly group setting provides an excellent learning environment. An English-speaking guide will assist throughout the class. Over approximately two hours, participants will learn the history of sushi and create nigiri, maki, and hosomaki rolls. Following the lesson, there will be a visit to a local supermarket with the chef to explore the unique ingredients and seasonings used in the lesson.
