In this lesson, you’ll experience Japanese culture with a professional chef. Perfect for beginners, the session includes making sushi and enjoying traditional matcha. In a small, friendly group setting, an English-speaking guide will assist you throughout. Over approximately 2 hours, you’ll learn about the history of sushi and prepare nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and hosomaki. After making your sushi, you’ll also have the opportunity to whisk your own matcha and enjoy it with Japanese sweets, creating a memorable experience.
