• Tossasub Diving Center - This course covers the basic principles of diving and the initial use of equipment for your first dive. You’ll learn to breathe underwater for the first time and feel the sensation of weightlessness. An amazing experience! The dive site is in Mar Menuda, one of the top diving spots on the Costa Brava, located in Tossa de Mar.

Experience the thrill of underwater explorations

This one-day program spans roughly three hours. It starts with an instructor briefing you on equipment usage, breathing techniques, underwater locomotion, and signaling methods.

Next, we’ll equip you with the necessary diving gear and transport you to the beach for your first dive, also known as ‘the christening dive.’ This will always be supervised and won’t exceed a depth of 12 meters or last beyond 40-45 minutes. Post a thrilling underwater expedition that promises to linger in your memory, we’ll escort you back to the center where facilities for a refreshing shower and dressing up are available.

PRECONDITIONS:

Absence of cardiac, respiratory, ear illnesses, or pregnancy.

Avoid flying for at least 12 hours after the dive.

Participants must be at least 8 years of age. Parental or guardian consent required for minors. If you have minors in your group (maximum dive depth for 8 and 9-year-olds is 6 meters), please notify us prior.
