Aquila Private Game Reserve - Aquila Private Game Reserve is a wildlife sanctuary located in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Aquila Safari provides an excellent chance to witness the Big 5 and enjoy the stunning African bush. Please note that the entrance ticket to the reserve is not included in your tour package, so the entrance fee to the Aquila Private Game Reserve must be paid directly at the reserve. Set off on a 2-3 hour game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle with an experienced ranger, offering the opportunity to see the Big 5: lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants, and buffalo. Additional wildlife sightings may include giraffes, zebras, and various antelopes. Following the game drive, savor a buffet lunch at the lodge featuring a variety of local and international dishes, often made with fresh, local ingredients. Before the game drive, there may be a visit to a nearby vineyard or a curated wine-tasting experience, typically showcasing a selection of South African wines, including reds, whites, and possibly some sparkling wines. Pickup and drop-off at Cape Town hotels ensure a hassle-free tour.
