Do yourself a favour and join this event - This place/event absolutely made my stay in istanbul as good as it was. I met the most wonderful people and had the best time. If you’re doubting about whether or not you should come, please do. Even if you're alone, it doesn't matter, you will have the absolute best time and meet the most wonderful people :).

Becomes a habit - I go to Yabangee’s Trivia Night every week for months now. I can’t wait for Tuesdays to come each week, that kind of fun you have here I LOVE IT I met lots of quality people here, each of them are real friends to me now <3

Fantastic Night Out at Triva Pub Quiz! - If you're looking for a fun, challenging, and entertaining evening, the Triva Pub Quiz is a must-try! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with just the right mix of friendly competition and camaraderie.
The quiz itself is brilliantly organized, with a great variety of questions ranging from general knowledge and pop culture to history and quirky trivia. It’s perfect for teams of all sizes and knowledge levels—you don’t have to be a genius to enjoy it, but there’s enough challenge to keep everyone engaged.
The host is outstanding—funny, energetic, and great at keeping the pace just right. They even throw in a few surprise rounds that keep things fresh and exciting. The prizes are a nice bonus, but honestly, the real reward is the laughter and shared moments with your team.
The pub staff were fantastic as well—quick with drink orders and always friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, Triva Pub Quiz is a fantastic way to spend an evening. Whether you're a quiz regular or just looking for something different to do, you’ll have a blast here. Highly recommend!

100/10 MUST GO!! - The Yabangee events are definitely the best English speaking events happening in Istanbul, with a wide variety of activities and active social media presence.
A good guide for the city if you're new or passing by. Their weekly Trivia nights and their Karaoke are very popular with over 200 ppl attending every week.
Whether you're alone or single, it's a guaranteed good time!
The best part of their organization is their beloved mascot and top trivia champion of all time Saman a.k.a "Sam" who sadly isn't in Istanbul anymore but is missed very deeply by the crew and regulars.
We miss you dearly Sam.

A fun filled evening! - This a great place to have fun and meet some awesome people. There's a mix of Turks and foreigners, and the questions are asked in both English and in Turkish. If you go as a group or if you don't know anyone at all and go alone (they will put you on a team where you can meet people, and the people are very friendly), you're guaranteed to have a great time. They also have some challenges during the evening where you can win food/drinks for your team even if your team isn't doing so hot on the trivia. The emcee of the event, Tarik, is a good guy as well and keeps the evening moving. Good music is a bonus! highly recommend!

Teams can include up to six players, and if your group has space, it's the perfect chance to invite someone new and make fresh connections. If you’re flying solo, no worries—you can easily join another group and enjoy the game. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, with everyone eager to share and make you feel at home. The trivia questions are delivered in both Turkish and English, spanning a wide range of categories, so there’s always something to spark your interest. It’s not just about the fun—we end up learning so much along the way. And if you're lucky enough to win an inter-round or finish in the top three, there are prizes waiting for you!

Best Activity on a Tuesday night - Been going to these for about 10 months and every time is a blast. Whether you're in Istanbul for vacation or living here, trivia night is always a great time. You don't have to be good at trivia cause it's mostly about the vibes and meeting new people.
Side note: there is usually karaoke in the same place after 👀👀
