Trip was canceled in the last minute - The tour guide was very nice, though his English had strong accent. We have appreciated his service. We felt shock and upset as we were told that the tour we booked two months ago was canceled when we were flying to Trabzon, Turkey. I called your customer service at the airport and booked this alternative similar tour, but had to pay double price for each person.
