We were very impressed with the service. - The driver (Joshua) found us even though we were late getting out of the airport. He helped us with luggage . He drove carefully through the unreal traffic. He was very friendly and answered our questions and also passed on other information about Guatemala.

Safety for female travelers - When traveling abroad - specially if you’re two females traveling alone - the first thing you need to think about is safety. William and the pilots (Carlos and Joshua), took care of us. First we were skeptical, but the ability to pay online, gave us confidence. Then we trusted they were going to arrive. William communication via WhatsApp - the main communication channel in Guatemala - was impecable. Shared plates, names of drivers, car description before pick up. They picked us up and drove us door to door. There’s many other companies for sure, we even took one at some point, but we asked William back to take us again because we enjoyed their services more and we were in a rush. They even advice you on traffic and drive slowly in adverse conditions (we had heavy fog). A great experience that made our trips to Lake Atitlan and Antigua really pleasant.

Don’t miss out for safe, reliable transport in Guatemala - Great experience from start to finish. Easy communication with the company and driver arrived right on time to drive us to Antigua. Comfortable transport and we felt very safe the entire time. Use this company if travelling in Guatemala.

Amazing service! Highly recommend!! - We had an exceptional experience with the transportation service from the airport to our hotel in Antigua. The driver was not only professional and courteous, but he was also kind enough to make a stop so we could grab lunch, which was much appreciated after our long flight. The owner, William, was incredibly organized and helpful throughout the entire process, providing excellent communication before, during, and after the trip. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling in Guate!
