On time and very safe! - Our driver was very good. He arrived on time and he was very professional. During our drive from Antigua to GUA , the a major thunder storm came thru covering the road with inches of water, tree branches, mud and small boulders. Our driver was very professional and safety drove us thru the storm! I highly recommend Quetzaleles transportation.

Very reliable shuttle service! - They were very helpful and very easy to work with! William, who responds to the bookings and emails, responded very quickly to clarify details. The driver was great too, and got us back and forth from Guatemala City to Antigua with zero issues.

Excellent service, highly recommend. - Excellent service, highly recommend. William was very proactive in communicating with us and helped us rearrange when I booked in error on the wrong date. He also quickly arranged for pick up when our flight was cancelled and we needed a ride from the airport to hotel and back the next day.

Reliable, gentle, and excellent quality - William and his drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. William is always available and has found effective solutions for me, ensuring punctuality at all times. We traveled from Panajachel to Antigua and then from Antigua to Guatemala. He was even very kind in offering me a trip from Guatemala to the airport to make up for the delay of one of his drivers due to the traffic caused by the rains. William is very reliable and I will not hesitate to use his services again.

Good Decision! - Booking Quetzal Shuttle was a huge help for me during my trip to Guatemala with a friend. The entire team was extremely helpful in navigating a delay in arrival due to flight issues and arriving safely at our destinations. Next time I go to Guatemala I will certainly be reaching out again.

Very attentive and friendly service - A service that from the first contact was very friendly, attentive and cordial. From the moment the trip was organized, the quote and the communication, everything was always very clear. The driver who transported me and my family was always very attentive and willing to help.
