Excellent visit to two wonderful sites! - Vittorio was an excellent driver and we had a great trip. He let us choose how long to stay at each site, provided good suggestions, let us choose what kind of lunch we’d like. He was on time, personable, friendly. The car was very nice too! Recommend this trip highly!

Too bad it's surrounded by scorched lands - Visit to the temple of SEGESTA with the guide Rosa Calone who mentally accompanied us on an ancient journey to the times of the SICANI. We imagined Segesta from the times of the Elides (Trojan refugees led by Aeneas).....and we found ourselves up to the present times in which we tourists see the surrounding devastation of the valley all burnt and black, truly desolating...a Sin.

Interesting site - A very interesting site with magnificent theatre remains and a temple structure built to impress passing Greeks. Lovely wild flowers.

One of the finest ancient Greek Doris temples - The path up to the temple is steep with loose boulders and stones, so robust shoes are needed. The stone pillars are very interesting, but probably look more majestic from a distance
