The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience - Travelers will get to learn about the rich history of rum making in Jamaica, especially Appleton Rum. They will be shown the different methods used in the rum making process before it gets to the finished product and also taste some of the ingredients that are used in the process, such as sugar cane and molasses, while getting a tour of the facility at the same time.
