Fantastic morning climbing and canyon descent with Felix . . . - 3 of us were on the climb & canyon tour on 11th Feb with Felix & from the 1st minute, his friendly professional attitude shone through. His careful explanations of the equipment & what to expect reassured us all. Throughout both the climb & descent, he was calm & supportive to all 3 of us. His excited whoops echoed around the canyons and waterfalls as we descended & at each 'station', he checked and rechecked ours & his equipment, ensuring maximum safety & instilling confidence at every stage. This was a brilliant experience made even more special by the fact that another guide (Tash) on a separate climb had video footage of us all on one of the biggest waterfall descents. As an aside, the food provided was of exceptional quality, & the vegetarian option for one of our group was much appreciated. Thanks, Felix, you're a star mate. Incredible!! - My mom and I did level one with canyoning down the waterfalls. This experience was absolutely amazing. Our guide was Felix and he was so personable and full of energy. He was so kind to my mom and I as some parts were a bit challenging. He has a very relaxing presence and makes the journey so much fun. His energy is contagious! I highly recommend this tour if you like a good adventure!

Want to do this again - This was high on our list to do, however time ended up dictating that we could only do the lower (shorter) level. Great fun, if ever in Wanaka again, definitely going back and going higher. Recommend, as long as you're okay with heights.

Book this activity!! - This was such an incredible experience! Lorna was a terrific guide- she put us all at ease and was clear with her instructions. She even took photos during our climb that she sent to us afterwards! This was a highlight, and one I would absolutely do again. Cannot recommend this enough!!

Level 1 Waterfall Climb From Wanaka Experience. - Whilst visiting our daughter in NZ we took off for a few days touring and whilst stopping in Wanaka, I booked this experience, as we are both in mid 50's I decided level 1 would be a good starting point. On arrival then you get to see the height of the waterfall, and even though we only booked level 1 this still gives you a good taster if you then decided on the day to upgrade to attempt the additional levels. The whole team were very friendly when we arrived and all got to know each other very quickly, once harnessed up we were given a safety induction and individual team member was allotted dependant on level booked, our guide Sarah by coincidence was from UK and from same county as ourselves in Lincolnshire. Sarah was such a patient instructor and made us both feel very safe and comfortable, as she realised my wife was out of her comfort zone, we both completed this level and my wife felt it was a big achievement for herself. Just to say once again how much we both enjoyed this experience in our own ways, and thanks again Sarah especially from Helen for all your confidence boosting and support in helping her / us up level 1 and great chatting all the way back down. Thank you all :)

Amazing!!!! - We did the Level 1 climb as a family of four (kids 13 & 11) and absolutely loved it! We all would have upgraded to the Level 2 climb but our youngest was under the minimum weight. I’m not a fan of heights but didn’t have any issues as you’re so busy concentrating on what you’re doing you don’t really think about the height. Plus we all felt completely safe with the harness etc. We would definitely do this again and cannot recommend this highly enough! Thanks for an amazing adventure!
