Excellent Flying Dress Photoshoot Experience - My flying dress photoshoot experience with Dre was phenomenal! He was very professional, creative, patient, and resourceful. Poor quality photos and service - We booked a flying dress shoot. The vendor was flexible with rescheduling the time of our shoot, as another tour we had was rescheduled. I am grateful for that. There was a delay in receiving our photos as there was a tropical storm the next day and the vendor lost electricity. That is understandable. My booking partner contacted the vendor and Viator to see why there was a continued delay, and we received our photos shortly thereafter. I received 12 blurry photos that are completely unusable. There are no closeups and one was retouched to hide my bra, but now it looks like I have a huge birthmark on my back. When I try to send them to be printed, I receive an error about the low resolution. I have contacted the vendor several times over the last few weeks to request higher resolution photos. IF I get a response at all, I am told they will send them immediately. They still have not. In fact, they accidentally sent me 70 gorgeous photos of someone else. I contacted them about that and they said I have the same name as another customer (hard to believe as my name is rather unique), and that is how they erroneously sent me her pics. I STILL have not received photos I can use an entire month later, and the vendor, Drepicz, has stopped responding. I would never do business with them again. I feel ripped off.

I have not received my... - I have not received my pictures as of yet. I will be posting a review when they are received. My shoot was Sunday 11/24. I am still waiting on the pictures.
