Great way to travel. - The driver was prompt to meet us a the pier with a large sign we could actually read. Then it was a plesent drive to our hotel near the airport. We heard stories of sites we saw along the way.

Transfer from trieste to venice - Driver was great was right there to pick us up from cruise ship to take us to venice. Made sure we were able to stop and get coffee and the bet pastries as well!

Took the initiative to load our luggage into the vehicle, as well as unload them upon reaching our destination (VCE)

EXCELLENT. It only gives you a choice for family with teens or family black it was 3 people me and my 2 sons - The driver's name was Mike. It was very friendly very polite prompt and he kept us entertained with the history of Italy from start to finish we really really enjoyed this gentleman. Thank you for choosing that transport for us

transport from Trieste to Venice - The most memorable part was the fact that our driver dumped us without any guidance where to go next at all! When we asked about water taxi or water transportation to our hotel he pointed to the parking garage. NOT helpful. If you have drivers who are unfamiliar with the drop off (in our case, Venice) they should NOT be the one driving. We were as far away from the water taxi spot as anyone could be and had absolutely no guidance. It was not a pleasant experience.
