Best transfer service - We had a group of 10 with lots of luggage so they sent 2 mini vans for us. They (Taxigo) were prompt (early actually), professional and accommodating to our needs. Made the long drive from Trieste to our hotel in Venice comfortable and pleasant.

Great Transfer, timely, friendly helpful drivers. - Absolutely recommended, some might think expensive but all worry and aspects of the transfer from Trieste Port to Venice hotel including transfer to water taxi managed professionally.

Our driver, Tara was... - Our driver, Tara was excellent and very pleasant. Gave us a lot of valuable information on the way to our hotel in Venice!

We didn't receive the transportation service that we reserved. - I was disappointed with the transportation service we received. We had made three separate reservations for three separate vans. We had a total of 20 people so our reservations were for three vans with 6, 6, and 8 passengers in each van. When the vans showed up it was 2 vans and a sedan car. So we had to pack 16 people into the 2 vans. And then 4 people had to go in the car. There were three people squished into the back seat of the sedan. The middle person had to lean forward the whole time because of the lack of room. Our trip took 2 hours so it was a bit uncomfortable. When these reservations were made each person had to pay the same amount but unfortunately the ones who got stuck in the car, and had to endure a worse ride, kind of got screwed. Earlier today I looked at Viator's website and it states a reservation for 4 people would be provided with a comfort - mini-bus. So, I m not sure what happened with our reservations and how we got stuck with a small car instead of a third van as per our reservation. Also, this wasn't as big of a problem but I requested a pick up time for 9:15 and Viator kept pushing the time back. We got picked up at 10:15. It was a very windy day and it was not fun standing outside waiting the extra time. Not sure why they didn't trust my requested time. Anyway, I am not sure if I would recommend them our not. We had good service another time but this one was unpleasant. It's hard to do the math for it since it got so messed up but I think we may have been overcharged for the service we received.

Never again... - Worst experience... Account debited but cancelled by operator saying picknup and deop off details incomplete. Payment should NOT have been processed if information was incomplete. My Family was stranded and we had to make alternative arrangements . Still awaiting my full refund .....
