• Trincomalee - Your snorkeling adventure kicks off at 8:00 am from the Diving Center in Trincomalee. While other times can be arranged, keep in mind that sea floor visibility decreases as the day progresses. Additionally, many sea creatures retreat into shady crevices as the sun rises. The boat ride to the prime snorkeling location at Coral Island, Trinco, will take up to 20 minutes.

Snorkeling involves swimming with a diving mask and snorkel tube, often accompanied by fins. The snorkel tube allows swimmers to breathe while keeping their faces submerged, making it ideal for observing the ocean floor and vibrant marine life.

During your snorkeling experience at Coral Island, you’ll encounter stunning sights such as vivid living corals, large silver-blue schools of small fish, hermit crabs on the lookout for prey, beautiful yet dangerous anemones, fearless clownfish navigating through the strands, and much more. Bringing an underwater camera will enable you to capture some fantastic photos.
