Highly recommend! - One of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Humpback whales, puffins, gannets ... a real haven of marine wildlife and also a truly magical setting. This is not just a Zodiac trip, Trinity Bay and its people are truly something else. If you have the opportunity, book a night or two at the lodge, comfy beds, eco amenities, beautiful views, great breakfast ... Many thanks again to the whole crew and extremely knowledgeable skippers at Trinity - Eco tours!!

A really great experience - we were expertly led to a wonderful experience during which we saw two types of whale (and kearned how to tell them apart). We alao were entertained by a very large group of seals chasing a school of fish. Toward the end of our trip our guide "Skipper Steve" showed us some of the caves and other wonders of the shoreline around Trinity Bay . Highly recommended and well worth the cost Afterward we were treated to hot coffee, muffins and home-made Newfoundland tea biscuits.

Awesome boat tour - What an amazing treat! My husband and I booked a boat tour with Skipper Bob! We saw whales feeding on the Caplin that were rolling in, loads of different sea bird and ended the trip visiting the amazing geological cove and bald eagle nesting grounds of the Bonaventure peninsula. The boat tour was the highlight of our week long trip to the Bonavista and Trinity areas!! Excellent and professional tour and highly recommended.

Great seamanship - Went out yesterday, just the two of us and Skipper Bob. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, high winds and seas, only saw a blue fin tuna and a couple of eagles. Very very choppy but Skipper Bob is an excellent batsman and always kept us safe. Thanks

If this isn’t on your bucket list, add it! - What an absolutely positive experience from start to finish! Stayed at the lodge and was blown away by the genuine kindness of the staff. They literally do treat you like family. The Blue room was just lovely and very comfortable. I enjoyed whale tours and was beyond impressed yes, with the whales (and there were so very many!) but also with Skipper Bob because of his respect for the majestic creatures and the space they require. And also because he stopped twice to remove plastic garbage from the ocean. That’s integrity and respect on all fronts. There is no need for me to look anywhere else when I visit Trinity again. This place is fantastic and I’d highly recommend it!

Fantastic whale watching experience in the trinity bay - We had a great experience with trinity eco tours. We were with a family of five from the Netherlands and captain Bob Bartlett gave us up close and personal contact with the whales. We followed a humpback mother and calf around the ocean and everytime they came up, they swam around the boat and seemed to like it. Well... we did! It was great. The skipper knew what he was doing and was closer to the whales than the other boats that were floating in the ocean. We saw about 6 humpbacks and 4 finwhales, there also was a sunfish goin'by. Because we had little time on this part of the island, we hoped to see some Puffins. The captain litteraly went an extra mile here. Instead of going back to the harbour when the time was done, we went down south for about an half hour and up the ocean and, yes, we got to see some puffins. When we come back to NFL, we absolutely will book another tour with this company and captain. Thank you !!!

AMAZING!!! - We had the most amazing experience with Skipper Bob on the whale watching zodiac boat tour. We saw so many humpbacks...at one point there were 4 together putting on a show for us :) We saw bald eagles and a school of dolphins actually came up to the boat to swim along side us. Incredible experience, worth every penny! I can't wait to return next year.

Unfortunately, no whales - Too early for whales. We were told that icebergs are rare here. Shouldn’t advertise icebergs if one is not likely to be around. Guides and office people were very friendly and helpful.
