• Citadel Saint Gilles (Qal’at Sinjil) - The Citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles is a fortress on a hilltop in Tripoli, Lebanon. It is named after Raymond de Saint-Gilles, a prominent noble and leader of the First Crusade in Lebanon.
• Al Mansouri Mosque - The Mansouri Great Mosque, also known as The Great Mosque of Tripoli, is named after the Mamluk sultan Al-Mansur Qalawun, who captured Tripoli from the Crusaders in 1289. Constructed between 1294 and 1314 during the Mamluk period, it was built around the remnants of a Crusader Church of St. Mary.
• Taynal Mosque - Emir Saif al-Din Tinal, who governed Tripoli twice (1326-1333 and 1335-1340), constructed a multi-domed mosque on the site of Tripoli’s Carmelite church. The main structure, under several domes, features granite columns with late Roman or Byzantine capitals arranged in two rows. The central area of the mosque, beneath the largest dome, marks the center of the former Carmelite church with four large columns.
• Souk Al-Harajb - Explore the old souk named Al Harajb, where traditional shops and khans continue to operate to this day.
• Khan Al-Khayyatin - An old souk specializing in knitting and selling related tools, such as fibers and needles.
• Tripoli Soap Factory Khan el masriyen - Modern soap shops are housed in the old Soap Khan, built in the 17th century. Visitors can tour a soap factory to learn about the soap-making process and purchase soap souvenirs.
• Hammam Al Jadid - Built in the 17th century, it is the only functioning hammam in Tripoli that features Mamluk and Ottoman design elements.
• Ezzeddine Hammam - Visiting Ezzeddine Hammam offers insight into the layout and decoration of traditional baths in Tripoli.
• Rachid Karami International Fair - Designed by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer in the early 1960s.
• Hallab 1881 - Established in 1881, Hallab is a sweets shop where visitors can enjoy delicious sweet treats.
• Mina - Located along the coast, El Mina is the sea port of Tripoli. The corniche road along the waterfront is a popular spot for promenades or boat trips to nearby islands.
