Wonderful - It was an amazing experience with good condition to travel, good food, wonderful landscapes and sites. A special mansion for the guide. We had asking for an english guide but in our group was just 3 travelers with this option. We was part in a group of russian spikers but the guide managed his time to make all to feel good. Whether did not let us to fly with hot air baloon but a jeep safari was beautiful substitute. This trip make my holiday probably best of my life.

First timers in Cappadocia - We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our tour, amazed at the breadth of experiences packed into two days. The itinerary was meticulously planned, and our group of 10, accompanied by two guides fluent in English and Russian, ensured a smooth journey. The tour van was pristine, offering both comfort and safety, with a skilled driver at the helm.
Erhan, our guide, brought over two decades of expertise, enriched by his deep roots in the Cappadocia region. His knowledge proved invaluable, particularly in adjusting the itinerary to accommodate weather conditions affecting hot air balloon flights. While some Western travelers might prefer more detailed itinerary information in advance, we found Erhan's approach to be characteristic of Turkish hospitality.
Although the scheduled merchant stops catered to various interests, such as the delightful dried fruit and candy store, we regretted missing out on visits to the Orthodox "rock" churches with frescoes, possibly due to schedule adjustments.
Accommodation details were disclosed only upon the tour's commencement. Despite the compact room furnished with three single beds and limited power outlets, it was clean and comfortable. Meals were served buffet-style, with beverages, including water, available for an additional charge.
Our punctual hotel pickup marked the beginning of an extensive journey, stretching from Antalya to Side, adding an extra 40 minutes to an hour to our travel time. Nonetheless, we departed thoroughly impressed by the diversity of sites explored and the overall quality of the tour experience.

Fab - We booked the tour and mistakenly chose the antalya pick up but we were in Side. The agent helped us in which we were able to still pushed through with our trip to Cappadoccia.
Though were the only english speakers all throughout the tour, fortunately they had contacted an english speaking tour guide so it was overall not bad at all.
The Dedeli Konak cave hotel was fantastic and has really cool amenities. It is only a fee minutes walk within the city centre. On the day of the hot air balloon flight, we only booked their jeep tour which brought us to the area wherein you can literally see the balloons flying and a good spot for viewing.

Amazing tour and your company, I highly recommend. - This tour is not to be missed.
First of all the tour company was fantastic at communicating with us. We booked just 6 hours before departure and it was no problem. We were collected from the hotel and taken on this brilliant journey through the mountains. The places and sights we saw was breathtaking and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke many languages. Unfortunately the balloons where not running due to high winds.
The food provided and accommodation was top class.
I really would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the true heritage and history of Turkey.
We will be booking with Tour mania again after this 5 star experience,
Thank you for the memories

Very nice excursion, beautiful Cappadocia - Very nice excursion, got to see beautiful places. Gayrat is a good guide, he looked after everyone in the group and made an effort to make it a pleasant trip, the driver did a good job as well despite a long journey.
There are many stops on the way, so fairly comfortable.
Excursion was in Russian, not in English, I didn’t mind, but it wasn’t clear when I booked, I thought it would be in English. I waited for an hour for the bus to pick me up at night, I was told the day before that my pick up was 30 minutes earlier than stated in the booking. Thankfully the guide got in touch with me and at least gave some clarity about the timing, otherwise it was very annoying to wait for an hour in the middle of the night.

Amazing experience!! These guys are great, they'll look after their clients well! - The whole experience was great, we were looked after very well by the tour guide. Special mention to our guide "Sultan". Well explained history of Turkey, and the distinct landmarks of Cappadocia regions. We did the hot air balloon ride (it is not included in tour package) but I highly recommend trying this "must do" thing when in Cappadoccia. We were also brought to different local shops, where you can haggle of prices of jewelleries and exotic things. I would recommend bringing petty cash with you as some shops don't agree with cards.
The only thing I could suggest, is I hope there will be an option on your website that customers can manually put their address.
Overall, I highly recommend this company as legit, staff are friendly and approachable, the value of money is worth it, and the food is amazing ( please note that lunch is not included, but you'll have breakfast and dinner for free). I ENJOYED my experience 100%

Stressed experience - Cappadocia was fantastic. Unfortunately, the luck was not so good. The bus was anything but comfortable, we were driven to an ice cold breakfast in unheated tent. After 500 km we got about 20 minutes per amazing place to take photos the first day, while we would spend longer at uninteresting places like the factory for gems and ceramics where we apparently would shop. Pointless. The guide was ignorant and uninterested and the places we had to eat, which were not included, were ridiculously expensive and bad. It might have been foolish to think that it could be good, but at least you could have expected the guide to tell you about history, culture etc., but she just kept going on about expensive activities you could do and what they cost. No, don't go.

Not sure if I would recommend this excursion to anyone - Firstly, three buses broke down during the entire excursion. We stood at the first stop for three hours, after which we had to shorten the time of each stop where there was really something to see.
Secondly, no one warned that you need to pay an extra $25-40 in order to look (!) at the hot air balloons at dawn. Let me emphasize again: we paid extra just to look at them, not to fly))
It was known about lunch that it is not included in the price of the excursion. However, it was not known that it would be possible to dine EXCLUSIVELY with what the guide told us (no choice, one single dish for an additional $15).
Thirdly, I got the impression that our guide Ilyas was not very happy to explain himself and answer tourists’ questions. My sister and I clarified how the food would be served, Ilyas’ answer was “Even the Arabs understand Russian better than you.” Before that, we asked something about the underground city that was not entirely clear to us, he sighed and rolled his eyes until the tourists themselves answered us)) I’m not sure that such behavior is the behavior of a professional guide.
The only thing I liked about the whole two days was the sunrise in Cappadocia. This is one plus among so many minuses.

One plus is the views of Cappadocia from dawn. The rest is just cons - I have mixed emotions about this tour
The only good thing is the views from the mountains of Cappadocia and the hot air balloons
Everything else is bad. Firstly, our buses broke down twice, then the buses we were transferred to also broke down. Because of this, we were delayed for a long time on simple transfers, where there was nothing to see. For a long time, I mean for three hours... But then we stood in really beautiful places for half an hour 🤡 It’s clear that such breakdowns are a matter of chance, and that finding new cars takes time, but then don’t recoup for these delays in places where people actually arrived for beauty and photos
The guide didn’t bother at all with the history of Cappadocia and Turkey in general and with compensating for lost time. I was left with the impression of great dissatisfaction with the trip, largely because of this. One girl asked to formulate a few ideas that could describe Cappadocia, and the tour, with all its “knowledge of the 13 thousand year history of Cappadocia,” could not do it. But we were constantly wandering around some souvenir shops with stones, sweets and ice cream, in total, I think, we spent at least 4 hours in them... I am very disappointed with this, and although this is the norm on any excursions, the guides are at least really infectious They talk about places with interest, and don’t just bring people to agreed points 🤡 The guide’s name is Ilyas. In addition to all this, he also told us that we are slow-witted and have to explain everything to us, and that even the Arabs understand the Russian language better than us. This is all for one question: “what is pide?”.. Draw your own conclusions about such courtesy
If you are planning to take this tour, be aware that a trip to the points where the balls are visible is not included in it; the cost varies for trips by bus and by jeep and SUV (25 and 40 dollars, respectively). The tour also does not include lunch, which costs $15 per person, and the menu of which cannot be chosen, but you can only agree to the Tasty Kebab meat offered, or be left without lunch at all if you don’t take anything with you. Anyway, the meat was overly peppered, served with rice, and there wasn't much meat, mostly vegetables. In general, a dish for everyone
I travel very often and usually I travel alone, find out information about a place in advance, or even Google it right on the spot so that there is a larger associative range. I had to go on a tour on this trip because it was cheaper than flying or taking a bus. In any case, you will have to come here again, either alone or in your company, to really, slowly and without haste, enjoy the landscapes of Cappadocia

Dont do this tour! You will most of the time and sit on the bus and see sourvenir shops! - I wouldnt recommend this tour as it doesnt follow the programm described in the website. We were picked up by the bus at 3 am the first day in Antalya and we arrived at capadoccia around 2 pm.
The stops we did in Capadoccia were not the ones described in the tour as we didnt enter any of the places.
Basically they stop you like 5 minutes in like 3 stops so you take a picture near the castle for example, but you cant go up to it because there is no time.
They stop you several times to sell you stuff: ceramic, sweets...and then, of course there is so much time for that.
In addition to that, they ask you to pay extra 15€ per lunch and there is no other option, as there is nothing else around tje place where you stop... At night, they ask you to pay 10€ extra for the view point, otherwise you can go to the hotel which is in Avaron, not Goreme.
Summarizing: you will spend most of the time sitting at thw bus and seeing shops were they sell u stuff.
