Unmissable - If there's one thing to do in Cappadocia, it's the balloon ride over the fairy chimneys. It's true that it's not given (not far from 300 €) but it's the top. After getting up around 3:30 am, the shuttle bus picks you up at the Inn and takes you to the takeoff location. You receive a breakfast bag and you attend the implementation of the balloon and climb on board for an hour-long journey over the fairy chimneys accompanied by a hundred other balloons.

An unforgettable experience! - There were no flights in Göreme because of the wind, and Concept Tours offered us this marvelous flight in Soganli Valley. Everything was wonderful: apart from the landscspe itself, also the driver, the pilot and all the staff. I highly recommend this alternative, much cheaper but not less interesting.

Unreliable supplier wouldn’t recommend!!! - We had come to Capadocia for 2 days and had everything arranged in advance so we wouldn’t miss anything. The day we arrived we started hearing comments in the tour that the day before the balloons hadn’t flown and wouldn’t be flying the next 2 days due to weather conditions. That afternoon they chatted with us asking to change the date to the next day offering a touring day as compensation for the change. Since we had gone only for 2 days we declined. They confirmed the original arrangement. At night they sent the pick up instructions for the next day with our name and hotel wrong. The next day there was no pick up. When we chatted to ask they sent a photo of a ripped balloon and offered to place us in another balloon but soon afterwards offered a refund. On our next tour were told that tickets were charged up to 600€. The photo of an old ripped balloon can be used infinite times when you can sell for 600€. We felt cheated and frustrated. This supplier is unreliable and should not be backed by Viator
