Worth the experience! - It was a great experience. We had lots of fun. The guide, Said was knowledgeable and shared interesting historical facts, and made the whole experience quite entertaining!

Memorable Bursa Experience - Our Bursa day trip was excellent. It was same as the way it was advertised. Guide did an amazing job, we were taken care well by the guide and tour organizer. My family loved the trip. We highly recommend.

Mt. Uludaq and riding the cable was our favourite! - We booked our trip for Bursa few weeks before going, and Mr Mesut gladly reserved a tour that suited our time schedule. The package included a ferry and cable ride. Though it was long hour journey to Bursa from Istanbul but visiting Mt. Uludag and riding the cable was so worth it. The view was so amazing. We also had Mr Feridum as our tour guide and Mr Salahuddin as the driver who kept the visiting schedule ran on time and came back to Istanbul safely.

All my tours were arranged by U Can Travel and everything was really well organised. - Ryan from U Can Travel guided us on how to go and where to go . He also helped us on how to use the tram, which places to visit. He was really nice and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who visits Istanbul to contact U Can Travel, you will not regret it.

Best full day tour - The tour was absolutely fantastic. Timing wasn't the best as you leave istanbul quite late in the morning and therefore return around 11pm. The guide was really nice but didn't speak English. Luckily another person on the tour spoke Turkish and managed to translate for us. All in all, the area and experience was so beautiful that nothing else mattered.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone - Terrible experience, wasted my last precious day in istanbul. Alot of time wasted at souvenir shops even though the whole group asked not to stop. On our way back, the guide blackmailed us to pay extra per person if we wanted to reach back in time l, otherwise it would take us 4 hours. The guide, Essa was rude and had very poor english. It was hard to understand what he was saying most of the times. He did not have much to say anyway. Wasted 1.5 hrs of morning in quad bike safari which we had to pay ourselves. The package said that cable car was included. On reaching there, we were told that 1 cable car was included and we had to pay for the other. At lunch, they did not give us any food for my 2.5 yrs old kid even though he was included in my booking. It seemed more like a driving/ souvenir shopping trip. The management did offer apology on my complaint, but my whole day was lost. Would not recommended to anyone. Not recommended at all.

One of the worst tour - Wouldn't recommend by any means. Pickup was a huge mess to start with and it was an hour wait after several calls and messages. Unnecessary stops at the super inflated places and then lunch at 3.45 PM. Finally reached the mountain at 4.30 PM and the Bursa city around 6.40 PM. For the tour of Bursa city was given a chance to spend only 15 minutes down there. How awesome it could be. The person who identified himself as a guide spoke may be for less than 3 minutes about the places or history. He also made inappropriate comments about some of the guests martial status which was totally insensitive. It's not an average 8 hours tour rather 14 hours meaningless tour with absolutely terrible value for time and money. Finally the vehicle and the seats were pathetic quality and not very safe as well. Would avoid this tour by all means.
