Impressive - We knew it will be something extraordinary, but the flight exceeded our expectations. Out pilot Selcuk and the co-pilot Ibrahim were very confident. They managed to rule the balloon in any direction and altitude. We couldn't imagine the balloons are capable of that. The basket fits 20 passengers and we reached 890 m above the surface. One hour flight but we saw several sunrises. No doubt why the rating hits 5 stars.

Amazing time - We spent an amazing time with the Turquaz Balloon Team during our flight in Cappadocia. Baloon flight was on my bucket list for quite some time. The Team made it really amazing. Pick up from the hotel was exactly on time, then together with other people we were taken to the baloon take-off spot. We were welcomed with tea, juices, and water as well as rolls and biscuits. Once we had our breakfast, they called our names and placed us in the balloon basket. After safety briefing, baloon took off. Our flight was very smooth. We had amazing views, flying up and down. There were a few moments when the baloon crew was taking selfie, when we landed, there was an option to buy pendrive with our flight recording. Landing was also very smooth, and then everyone received a medal (magnet) and a diploma confirming that we took the flight. Then there was sparkling wine and juice as well as strawberries and a d cake celebration. After all our driver took us back to the hotel. Experience was worth every penny.

Magic blows with the wind - Memorable - The flight was absolutely brilliant and wonderful. I think the winds was in our favour today. The pilot, Ümit, and his Co-pilot, read the air currents and thermals very well, and were able to take us on super amazing route, into and over various valleys. This only comes with experience. A truely magical and memorable experience for the family over Cappadocia landscape.

Unbelievable experience with a first class company - We consider ourselves to be very lucky as when we booked for our hot air balloon trip on the 2nd July the previous 4 days of flight had been cancelled. This is not down to Turquaz but rests with the Turkish aviation authority only allowing the balloons to fly if it is absolutely safe to do so, safety on these balloon flights is a priority especially considering there are around 150 in the air at any one time. We opted for the comfort package as it is a longer flight and less people in the basket, 4 people in each section, so there was lots of space to move around and for photos. The flight was unbelievable, an experience of a lifetime and a must if you are in Cappadocia. Our pilot was fantastic and kept us safe, entertained and gave us lots of information about the areas we flew over. Turquaz customer service is exceptional and they really look after you for start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

No dhow - We didn’t experience anything, no balloons got cancelled two days In a row. Paid for hotel and wasted the money
