- Aya Yorgi Church - This mystical church is situated on Yüce Tepe, the highest point of the Prince Islands. Named after St. Gorch, who lived in Cappadocia in the 3rd century, the original church built in the mid-17th century was replaced by a new one in the early 19th century. Visitors will hear the ancient story of this church during a guided tour.
- Buyukada Rum Yetimhanesi - Known as the world’s first multi-storey wooden building, it was initially constructed as a hotel in 1896. Due to permit issues, the owners sold it to a local businessman, who then donated it to a Greek foundation. This impressive structure, the largest wooden building in Europe, served as an orphanage for nearly sixty years, housing 5,000 orphans.
- Buyukada - To explore other attractions on the island beyond the historical sites, a complete island tour takes approximately 2 hours.
- Heybeliada - After the Büyükada tour, guests may choose to visit Heybeliada. Strolling through the tranquil streets of Heybeliada, in contrast to Büyükada, offers a sense of stepping back in time.
- Halki Theological School - Located on the site of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, established by Patriarch Photius I nearly a millennium before the theological school, the seminary fell into disrepair during Ottoman rule. In 1844, Patriarch Germanos IV transformed it into a theological school, inaugurated on 1 October 1844. The 1894 Istanbul earthquake destroyed all buildings except the 17th-century chapel, but they were rebuilt by architect Periklis Fotiadis and reopened on 6 October 1896.
