Wonderful experience with a professional company - We have just returned from this adventure and my advice is book it. Carl is lovely and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, so you are in safe hands throughout this experience. You are kitted out with a suit and a small explanation is given to you. Then into the water. Floating around solo was lovely and very relaxing, Carl also showed us how to float as a group, in a line and a circle and explained why you would do this in a real life situation. There was still some ice in the water so we climbed on that and grabbed a photo. Plus there was an option to jump in at the end and fully submerge, I chose not to but the others enjoyed it. The waffles and hot drinks were lovely and then we all got a little certificate, which was sweet. My only advice would be to wear a few layers to go and to take a change of clothing as you are going into water and my top got a little bit wet by the neck, but nothing major and I had a spare tshirt with me. This experience is suitable for friends, couples and any adults really or older young people. There was 8 of us on our experience, there was lots of laughing and everyone seemed to enjoy them selves. I feel the cold quite a bit and I was fine throughout the time that we were in the water, my feet got cold before anything else but that’s normal for me!! I definitely recommend this company for this experience.

Hidden Gem! - This activity is a lot of fun and I thoroughly recommend it. We found this hidden gem by accident when we were looking for something to do when our whale watching tour was cancelled due to bad weather and had a marvellous time. The setting is beautiful. Carl was a very attentive guide and had really interesting local and specialist knowledge. We particularly enjoyed the survival exercises he taught us in the suits. Carl and his colleagues really looked after us and we especially enjoyed the homemade waffles with Norwegian cheese and jam after the activity. 5 stars

Great experience - Great experience with very friendly staff , as a very nervous swimmer was very anxious but enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Carl was very knowledge and patient which made the experience much more enjoyable. Waffles and hot drinks after went down a treat. Definitely worth the experience

Swim and float in the Arctic in January!!!! - Great experience. The feeling of getting into the freezing water and floating or swimming has been fabulous. Being able to swim, know basic techniques, play in the water and with the ice has been a lot of fun. In addition, we have been fortunate to have a guide in Spanish. Álvaro has been very attentive to us, has explained everything in great detail and has accompanied us at all times to have fun and enjoy this fantastic experience. Thank you very much Alvaro for being a guide of 10!!!! Of course, a singular experience highly recommended.

Amazing Experience! Perfectly Small Group - I got to experience ice floating with Christian from 10xnorth and what an amazing night it was! I especially loved the small group, and Christian’s attention to how we were feeling through the experience. And when it was over, he made waffles for us! I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to do something special & memorable while in Arctic Norway.

An incredible moment - An absolutely magical activity!! The whole team was great, we had an incredible welcome from start to finish. Taxi pick-up in Tromsø, detailed explanation of the activity, help with suits, tips throughout the activity, and discovery of Norwegian waffles at the end of the activity with hot drink. Our guide really took care of us and explained everything. It was amazing, we all laughed a lot and had a wonderful time. The activity is done in small groups and it is all the more enjoyable. I recommend 100% this activity that will leave you with incredible memories.

High recommend! - This was an amazing experience. The company is new, but the entire team were so nice, and really took the time to make sure that everyone had a great time. The float itself was phenomenal. Not as cold as I thought. The suits work well. Jumping into the water was super fun. Don’t forget the change of clothes, you’ll probably need it. Also the waffles were awesome! Would definitely recommend!
