Enjoy the ever changing landscapes, and be sure to look out for roaming wildlife. We have the possibilities to spot soaring sea eagles, native reindeers, and the elusive moose. There will be several scenic stops along the way, perfect for photo moments, which we will share with you after the trip. Upon reaching the archipelago islands, we will enjoy an organic homemade light picnic, and a warm drink. As we continue through the mountain valley, passing quaint fishing villages, and making a final stop at one of the most dramatic fjords on the island.
Let us share our favourite places with you, sit back, relax, and breathe in the calmness and quietness of life in the Arctic. This tour will run in any weather; rain, wind, and snow are part of an authentic Norwegian experience.

Unforgettable memories - This arctic road trip is amazing especially with our tour lead Bogdan and Lucas who are so engaging, fun, and experienced. Both of them are so good in navigating to beautiful sites with clear weather. Thank you Bogdan and Lucas !

Fantastic day trip to see fjords! - Amazing day trip with Lucas (guide) to see the fjords! Leaving Tromso, weather a little icky but by the time we reached our first stop weather turned to soft snowflakes. Even cloudy, scenery was beautiful. Several stops at either lake or fjords to learn about animals, history and general information. My favorite stops were in the Laksvatn area. Stunning scenery with a very peaceful vibe. Even our picnic was in a cool area with a shelter. Lucas, our guide, was fantastic! Very interesting with lots of fun stories. You can tell he loves the Arctic. Plus, Lucas is a great photographer. All pictures posted here were taken by Lucas with Northern Souls Adventures. The picnic provided was a delicious sandwich. I’m celiac and they made sure to have gluten free for me (I don’t find this a lot with tours). Hot coffee/tea was also provided. So much fun to have picnic around a great campfire. If you have the time, highly recommend this trip!

Awesome experience - Michael is an incredible guide. The drove us through some incredibly beautiful landscapes and took amazing pictures along the way. At the end we had a pic-nic and - I'm not joking - had one of the best sandwiches of my life. If you're looking for a more unique, special experience this is definitely for you.

Super tour through the arctic world around Tromsö - Thank You Armand for a fantastic day out in the Arctic.
Armand took us out in a really small group (only 8 people) to all the beautyful spots, one only knows, when You live here. He also loved to share with us his knowledge about the country the people .... about everything.
Being brought comfortably to the Arctic mountains, icy beaches, hidden fotospots .... ... if this is, what You are looking for ? Book this tour. I am sure You will not be disappointed.
Just want to add that booking, pick-up, transport etc. all worked perfectly well.
A really smooth and remarkable overall experience.

Impressive landscape tour - The Arctic road trip was very impressive. We were brought to very interesting and special places. We have also seen reindeer, eagles, sled dogs. The tour by our guide Armand was very charming and competent. The tour is highly recommended.

Don’t miss this amazing activity! 🤍 - The ARCTIC ROADTRIP: SOMMARØY WITH SCENIC PICNIC, was a great experience! Armand our guide gave us plenty of information about the Fjords, Norway way of living, answered all our questions, and took amazing pictures! I highly recommend Northern Soul Adventures as they put their heart and soul to create an ever lasting experience!!

Wonderful journey to the arctic wilderness - Beautiful trip out of Tromso, with a lot of fun. We were so lucky meeting a lot of reindeer and saw scenic landscapes. The arctic is amazing just like Stephany, our guide who made the whole experience unforgettable! Thank you very much for the amazing day!

Amazing Views! - Our tour guide Bogdan was extremely careful when driving. The weather was challenging at times but he made sure to stop at the right places and took cool pictures that were shared within 2 hours after the end of our tour. Bogdan found a nice spot to stop and for us to enjoy some food, coffee and tea. The views are breathtaking

Unforgettable experience - Unforgettable experience. The breathtaking beauty of the Arctic fjords combined with the exceptional service made this tour a highlight of my trip.
Our guide, Bogdan, was absolutely fantastic. His passion and knowledge about the region were evident in every explanation he gave. He shared fascinating insights about the landscapes, wildlife, and local culture, which made the experience both educational and enjoyable. Bogdan also went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the journey.
A special mention goes to his incredible photography skills—he captured some amazing shots that I’ll treasure forever. It’s not every day you get a guide who doubles as a professional photographer!
The scenic picnic was the perfect touch, allowing us to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. From start to finish, the tour was impeccably organized.
If you’re in Tromsø, this is a must-do experience! I highly recommend it, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Bogdan as your guide.

Amazing fjord road trip - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an amazing Tromsø Fjord road trip, thanks to our wonderful guide, Armand! Despite the challenging weather conditions, Armand’s expertise and positive attitude ensured that we still got to experience some incredible sights. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the trip both enjoyable and informative.
The scenic picnic was a delightful highlight, with stunning views that made up for the weather and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing break. He’s an amazing photographer too and he knows just the right spots to stop.
If you’re looking for a road trip that combines adventure, beautiful scenery, and a great guide, this is it! Highly recommend this experience.
