excellent - All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and smiling, especially Elssy at reception.
The hotel is top notch and the comfort of the bedding is simply incredible.
Very smiling staff also at the swimming pool. Top notch welcome.
Small downside: the products on the menu are not always available in room service.

Amazing Experience! - The Husky Sledding Self-Drive tour was so fun! My husband and I went in early April and the weather was perfect (and there was still plenty of snow). The guides and dogs were so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Wonderful experience - We will definitely remember this day in Tromsø.
The dogs are absolutely sweet and look very well cared for.
The pick-up went really well, the carers on site are very friendly, the clothing on site to protect against the cold is very good.
The explanations before the tour are very easy to understand and the guides always keep an eye on the dogs and participants during the tour.
The cake after the tour was delicious and the information on how to keep the dogs was very interesting.
We can only recommend this provider. Really great

Great Excursion - Arctic adventure is a terrific operator. Everything from booking to saying goodbye was on time, efficient, and with much sociable interaction. Hege and Richard and of course, the huskies, were warm and hospitable.
Great day out for a long ago dream come true.

Fun and Unique Experience - Easy and beautiful drive from Tromso with transfer. The staff were very friendly. The dog sledding experience was one in a lifetime and only wish it could've lasted longer. The dogs were super friendly and happy once they started running (which is what they love most). They serve you cake and hot chocolate afterwards which were both delicious

Great highlight of our holiday in Tromsø - We did the husky sleigh tour with Arctic Adventure Tours yesterday. From the pickup in the minibus, the boots and suits to rent, to the first sniff with the dogs, to the sleigh ride itself, the explanations at the end over coffee and cake and saying goodbye to the huskies, the tour was really great! We can only recommend it! The ride is quite leisurely at the beginning but as soon as it's time to head back the dogs really pick up the pace. The time flew by and it was a highlight of our time in Tromsø.

Must do- beautiful experience! - Beautiful landscapes and a must-do for anyone, irrespective of whether you like dogs - but a huge plus for anyone who loves dogs. Very well organized. The activity will require some fitness from atleast the one person driving- to be agile enough. But for the second person sitting it is okay. One of my most memorable activities ever!

Amazing experience, we will never forget . - Me and my partner did this experience on our recent trip to Norway , I can honestly say it was the high light of our trip , the staff were lovely and very welcoming, and had a absolute love for their dogs .
They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had , we absolutely loved being able to drive the sleds ourselves .
The dogs are so friendly and love the attention and you could tell they loved to run and are totally happy doing this . I would definitely recommend this to anybody , it is a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget .

Top DOG... sorry - What a fantastic experience. Communication was great, staff were friendly and informative, and it is clear this is an operation that cares first and foremost about their animals. I did not expect this to be such an engaging experience but I will not soon forget it. To top it all off, they served fantastic cake and hot drinks (its really all about the hot coco) after that everyone appreciated.
