A key goal at Tromsø Villmarkssenter is to compete in dog sledding races, making year-round training for our huskies crucial. Summer is when our puppies get their initial training – and we need your help!

So much fun, lots of dog hugs and cuddles. - We had so much fun on this tour. Loved every minute of it. The dogs are absolutely adorable, so friendly and cuddly. You get to meet the new puppies and the older adults, you get to walk them, play games and socialise with them. We were even given lunch at the end which I wasn't expecting and it was so nice. I do recommend wearing old clothes or clothes you don't mind getting dirty. There is lots of doggy hugs and they don't care if you are wearing a cream coat :-) Definately recommend this for families, dog lovers and big adult kids. Side note: You obviously need to like dogs for this experience..... don't be that person.

I recommend - Such a fun experience! They have so many dogs and it was so much fun getting to meet and love on them. They provide you with rain shoes, pants, and jackets. Lunch was incredible! If you want to see small puppies plan to go in the summer, they plan their litters so that the dogs are gone a bit by winter. Overall a fun experience

MUST DO! Nothing like puppy love! - 10/10 this was amazing. Lots of puppy play time. If you are on vacation and missing your dogs at home please do this. It filled my cup. They are all taken care of very well. Staff very transparent on care for the dogs. Lots of cuddling and kisses. I was even able to walk a couple of them. Highly recommend. Staff is excellent.

Wonderful Experience! - A wonderful day out! We loved playing with the puppies and taking the older pups for a walk. The dogs are so friendly. The staff were brill and lunch was delicious (even for vegetarians). Highly recommend!

Perfect Fun in Tromso - Taking the dogs for their first walk on a harness was fun, and it helped train the puppies. Puppy playtime was a good experience as well. Definitely recommend if visiting Tromso

Just perfect - This trip was the highlight of our holiday, we loved spending time with these lovely puppies and adult dogs, it was so fun to help train them and see how they're looked after. We had a delicious lunch (fish soup for the meat eater and couscous for the vegetarian) followed by chocolate calender by the fire. We took around 200 pictures and they're all so cute.

Delightful day - This place and it's staff are fantastic. We got to participate in Puppy Training aka playing and petting while learning about the dogs and the area. After a few sessions with the little guys we were encouraged to pet as many adult dogs as we could!! Finally, we had a delicious lunch of a fish stew and bread, topped off with chocolate cake. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This was a great place to visit and made my birthday a very special memory

Amazing! Better than expected - One of the best things you can do in the Summer here, we spent a lot of time with puppies that are 8 weeks, 10 weeks and 5 months old. Then of course with the adults. Super cute, super cuddly and we learned a lot about huskies. Highly recommended if you love dogs, huskies or just a nice day out in nature with animals. The lunch was also great outdoors in the sun or indoors in the coziest hut!
