Chasing Auntie Aurora :) - The experience is inexplanable. We got lucky that we’re able to see Northern Lights. It was a successful trip with friends as we have always wanted to go to Norway for a long time. Thank you to the team specially Eli and Alberto for taking great photos. The only issue that we had is the operator didnt give a contact number to call aside from online messages. It will be helpful to provide contact info as this will be easier for customers to reach out.

Absolutely blown away - After meeting by the bus we were given a lot of rules by the guide who can come across as rather curt . Nethertheless we had an amazing night and were exceptionally lucky to have a sub storm. whilst just getting over seeing the lights for a second time she went again and blew us all away, even the guide ! We had to chase the weather so drove for 2 hours to the mainland to a beautiful spot overlooking mountains on the edge of a fjord. Bus was comfortable, the driver was excellent as there was a lot of snow ! Never felt unsafe for a second and i definitely would recommend this tour and will be returning again next year. Just a shame the guide was a bit grumpy as he was so very knowledgeable and obviously loves his job.

Beautiful and Fun Experience - It was very fun through the whole trip Brega and Michael very funny combo not bored at all. Even though it was very cloudy they drove us farther to Finland to increase the chance of norther lights. It was an amazing experience.

Our dream travel comes true! - The trip to chase the Northern Lights was very interesting. Sara, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the lights and knew how to tell a story and facts without too much theoretical stuff. It was fun and exciting. We stopped in a few locations to check the Aurora Borealis's activity, and we could see it in 2 amazing spots. With Sara was Gabriela, who is also a guide and a very good one. She was the person who took patiently and professionally our photos, in the best possible point of view, for us and, of course, for the Northern Lights. I highly recommend them! Oh, They also served us the best hot chocolate I drank in Tromso and some delicious cookies. The bus was comfy and warm, and the driver, drove us very smoothly through all the way, despite the bad weather we took on our way back.

Average trip.... - Average trip. Tried spotting the aurora in a few places (did not have much luck). Driver was good. Tour guide was okay, a bit rough tbh. When sky started clearing, had to head back to Tromso.

Dont make the mistake to book this tour. - Total Ripoff, Very unprofessional. The tour was mainly driving in the bus. The halt was for 20-25 mins only. That too on a road side and not a proper place. No campfire Tour guide was least interested in helping or finding a good spot to see the northern lights And finally when it seemed like you could see the lights, they had to go back to tromso and asked everyone to get into the bus. Professional photos were not taken although it was mentioned in the services. Do not book this tour.

Mood killer - Total waste of time and ended up feeling the tour guide was only trying to only fill his pockets with minimum effort of trying to provide a good service. After travelling in a bus for over 3 hours, all we got was a 15 minutes stop near a lake where you could barely stand with a group and try to witness the lights. Furthermore, after another sprint of over an hour we stopped for 45 Minutes and in the last 5 minutes when we started to witness a glance of northern lights, the tour guide called us back and behaved immensely unprofessional. A good guide would have let people to spend some more time to witness the lights instead of trying to play smart by saying ‘you can stay and take the cab back home’. NOT WORTH IT !!!

Very Disappointed - The tour guide wasn’t even trying to chase the lights for us we were just made to roam around and we were just told there might be a possibility of the lights and so they stopped the bus for 45 mins but it started snowing so we went inside the bus and thankfully thought of trying our luck and there it was finally we started to see the lights and mind you no one from the team told us about the lights and there were so many people just sitting inside the bus. The moment we started capturing the lights we were told to get inside the bus since the bus driver wanted to leave. So in short: NO NORTHERN LIGHTS NO PHOTOGRAPHS We basically paid for nothing! Very disappointed.

Not feasible in clouds, guide therefore super unfriendly - In advance: We didn't see the lights, what was due to the weather and what nobody could do for! Something was visible through the mobile phone camera, but we just had no luck with the weather. Cons: If the lights are not in the sky promptly, you drive through 6 hours in black night virtually without a break. There was a toilet break. The guide was competent but very impatient, the group has consistently only exhorted that we urgently need to continue even though it made the weather hopeless. The helpers were annoyed and stressed that things were not going smoothly. Cold mood on the bus. We stopped once at a beautiful lake and then should continue immediately, but without being told beforehand that we may not use the bus toilet during the trip. we had not taken a break in ages. During stopovers for the guide to see the sky, it was always just "stay seated!" We drove as far as Finland, which was okay, but what you should know beforehand. Here it was for the guide: The main thing is to try as long as possible, whether people are still having fun or not. Clear recommendation therefore: In case of clouds simply cancel the notification! As soon as something doesn't work out here, the mood shifts. Besides, another English lesson certainly won't hurt the guide. We won't do it again and prefer to see the lights if it happens to us while hiking. Pros: I saw a moose.
