As some of the most experienced guides, we analyse weather predictions prior to every tour, and have close contact with a network of guides for the highest chances to see the Northern Lights. Our comfortable vehicle with 4x4 drive is fully equipped with everything we may need in the arctic, allowing us to discover remote scenery, reaching the more calm and peaceful places. We pick you up at a central location in Tromsø, allowing us more time for finding, and seeing the Aurora earlier! With no two nights the same, our enthusiasm and dedication never fades.
Upon reaching suitable skies, we will set up camp for the evening. Most of the time this is a shorter drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland.

Amazing intimate experience - Incredible small group experience. The guide Bogdan and our driver Anna were both fantastic and made this even better. Would strongly recommend this small company vs one of the large tour bus companies.

Unforgettable Northern Lights Experience with Northern Soul Adventures - Our Northern Lights chase with Northern Soul Adventures was exceptional. After a long drive to a remote location, we were treated to hours of breathtaking auroras in complete solitude. (Note- the big bus and mini bus tours can’t navigate these roads- so we were blissfully all alone)
Michael, our guide, was outstanding—knowledgeable, well-prepared, and an excellent photographer. He captured stunning images of the lights and us - and shared them with us the next day at no charge.
The company provided everything we needed to stay comfortable in the -20°F/-28°C cold, including snow suits, feet warmers, a campfire, hot soup, and cocoa. The journey home after midnight was equally impressive, as Michael navigated a heavy 2.5 hour snowstorm with remarkable skill, keeping everyone safe.
Pro-tip: Bring rechargeable hand warmers and rent the warmest gear from Tromsø Outdoor for your trip.
With a small group of 8 and Michael’s exceptional guidance and hospitality, this was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience - We took a couple of tours while in Tromso and this one was by far the best. The small things like the chairs to sit by the fire and the soup, which was very good, in the individual thermoses was a great touch. Bogdan's photos were exceptional. His overall excitement about the whole adventure was great and it really came through in his photography.

Great Evening, Great Photo Shooting, and Great Hospitality - The weather at Tromsø wasn’t ideal when we started. Our guide found a great location at a lake and even more important clear sky.
The space weather didn’t let us down either. So, we had quite some activities, which allowed us to take plenty of photos w/ Aurora Borealis.
The hospitality was great and our guide took care of the group.

Great Tour! - Our tour was excellent! Justina, our guide, arrived promptly at the meetup point to pick up our group. She gave a quick explanation of what to expect of the tour. Almost immediately after leaving Tromso, we were able to see the Northern lights, including at various scenic viewpoints. We also enjoyed a fire on a beach - for this part of tour, I'd highly recommend using thermal suits (provided by the tour) and hand/feet warmers to stay comfortable!

Great informative tour - Had an absolutely magical trip to see the northern lights from Tromsø with Northern Soul Adventures. The guide was informative, mini bus was comfortable, we were given thermal suits and foot warmers, some soup, hot chocolate and biscuits around a camp fire. Really recommend. We were lucky the sky was clear and so got over 2 hours non stop activity of the northern lights on 23rd Dec less than an hour drive from Tromsø.

Unforgettable and mesmerizing moments - It was an experience of a lifetime. Seeing the Aurora Borealis for hours and the changes and form and also colors was an experience I will always treasure.

100% Recommended . Lovely fantastic team 👍. Go for it guys . - It was very well arranged and Bahran is very enthusiastic about his work . Ana was great too . She drove us safely and helped with everything .
Bahran ensured we all were comfortable , provided everything in the description like thermal suits , heating pads for hands and feet , hot vegan soup , vegan hot chocolate . Everything was yummy . He clicked lots of nice pictures and will be sharing the same with us .
Aurora danced over the skies for 5 straight hours and we had a Bon fire to keep us warm . He ensured we looked in every direction where the lights were dancing and there was never a dull moment .
They both dropped us back to our apartment at night .
Would recommend it 100% .

Best Northern Lights tour - great photography and guides - Highly recommend this tour! I used this company for my proposal. The company was great from my first message to the actual day; Bogden was our guide who ensured everything went smoothly and he took a keen interest in making sure the moment was special! Bodgen took great photos and was extremely passionate about the northern lights which made the experience even better. Thank you for making our day special and taking amazing photos!

Sommarøy Island and Lyngen Berry Sandwich 😍 - The best thing about the trip is that they took us to Sommarøy Island which is very far away from Tromso and very few trip providers take you there, most of the trip providers will only show you around the Kvaløya island.
Bogdan and Lucas were very nice friendly guide. Bogdan also took some stunning portraits of me, he's a professional portrait photographer.
The only thing which was bit off about the trip was that we only got to visit 3 spots. I think it would have been better if we made more spots for shorter time, instead of less number of spots for longer time. But it also depends a lot on daylight hours.
They also provided us very delicious vegan sandwiches containing lyngen berries and apple tea.
