This may be the beginning of a dream come true. Look no further, or read on if you are unsure!
As some of the most experienced guides, we analyse weather predictions prior to every tour, and have close contact with a network of guides for the highest chances to see the Northern Lights. Our comfortable vehicle with 4x4 drive is fully equipped with everything we may need in the arctic, allowing us to discover remote scenery, reaching the more calm and peaceful places. We pick you up at a central location in Tromsø, allowing us more time for finding, and seeing the Aurora earlier! With no two nights the same, our enthusiasm and dedication never fades.
Upon reaching suitable skies, we will set up camp for the evening. Most of the time this is a shorter drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland.

Northern lights - We joined the tour with low expectations of seeing the Northern Lights due to poor weather conditions. However, thanks to our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Bogdan, and our amazing driver, Ana, who took us all the way to Finland, we had an unforgettable experience. Sitting by a fire on a frozen river, we watched the Northern Lights dance across the sky—a truly magical and once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Escpaing the Snow Storm to find amazing Auroras - The day we went on this tour the weather was acting up. It was super snowy, did not stop all day and continued in the night.
Justyna picked us up punctually. At first, everything seemed a bit hasty and unorganized. Turns out: this was Justyna trying to get us to the south in time to catch an opening on this very cloudy night.
She drove safely and securely in very dire conditions for a total of four hours, looking for a clear sky. Eventually, we found a fantastic spot with a breathtaking display of northern lights. What an incredible sight!
The tomato soup, served in cute tiny thermoses, was delicious. The campfire Justyna set up was cozy and the hot chocolate warming.
All in all, a great experience.
Would definitely book again!

Amazing :) - Great experience!
Fede was great guide, photographer and driver. Very positive and helpful, gave us a lot of interesting information about northern lights, about locals, about everything actually :) The bus was very comfortable and warm. We saw northern lights and that was just awesome! Thank you!

Highly recommend Northern Soul Adventures! Professional, skilled and fun. - Fabulous guides who made the experience both fun and memorable. We felt very safe and comfortable in the van going to and from GRØTFJORD. Bogdan and Lucas were amazing, sharing their knowledge and interesting local information and suggestions. Bogdan was super helpful setting up cameras and assisting through the night, so we all had the best opportunity to capture the magnificent aurora. The photos provided via link the next day are great. The fire, soup and hot chocolate finished off a highly memorable night. Highly recommend.

Northern Soul Adventures tour - Lucas and Bogdan were incredible! We felt very safe and taken care of, and learning about history, context, and science of the aurora was so fascinating! We got to see a beautiful display of the aurora dancing even when the forecast said clouds, and they took us to the most picturesque spot! We also really enjoyed getting to learn about their interesting lives, they were great company! The photo quality was outstanding too. Would 100 percent recommend this tour.

The best photos and location of the auroras - Search Auroras with such a small group had a particular charm. Despite it being a cloudy night, with low odds, Fede, our guide took us to the only place where we were likely to see at least dim lights. With all the patience we waited with a very good meal and when we were ready to leave we started to see them. Fede is a spectacular photographer the photos are amazing. Really a pass of experience. It's the best of them Tours I did this season.

Amazing experience - We had an unforgettable tour with Lucas and Bogdan—truly the BEST experience we could have hoped for! Despite the weather not being ideal, Bogdan made us feel safe and confident, doing everything possible to give us the best chance to witness the magic.
They went above and beyond, offering hot drinks, delicious soup, cookies, and creating the most amazing vibe. Bogdan kept the mood light with his funny jokes and genuine care for everyone’s well-being. Not to mention the amazing photos he took and sent us 4am, just one hour after he dropped us at the hotel.
But the highlight? Feeling the excitement and love for what they do when, after hours of waiting in the cold, we finally saw the aurora! All the other vans had already left, some of us were even back in the van—but we stayed, and it was SO worth it. An experience we’ll never forget

Excellent tour! - Excellent tour! Aside from the spectacular northern lights, the tour guide was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the photos were terrific! Would strongly recommend this tour.

Amazing guides - Unfortunately as we set out our chances of seeing the lights weren’t great, with the sky being so overcast. Our guide worked so hard, driving long into the night to different vantage points to give us the best shot. We saw glimpses for a couple of seconds, but there are never any guarantees with these things. What you can guarantee is a guide who will work tirelessly to give you the best chances and helps keep the moral of the group up. They are full of knowledge and the info they provided meant that we were able to go out by ourselves over the next few days and managed to get a better view

Chaotic Northern Lights tour - Unfortunately, the communication with the guide was missing: hardly any information, no gathering together, almost just driving – and he didn’t take any photos of us either. In addition, there were hardly any northern lights.
