Great experience! - This was a great experience! The coach picks you up at the bus terminal and it is a quick 1/2 hour drive mostly along the coast. Everyone was very nice and helpful and it was wonderful to see the reindeer. I was on my own but the staff came around and took pictures of me, which was so helpful. They have a lovely building with hot beverages and cookies that was warm and cozy. They served reindeer soup which was very good and even had a vegetarian option. Their little gift shop was worth a visit. The explanations about reindeer herding and Sami culture were very informative. The singing as well as discussion of the cultural relevance was lovely and a big highlight of the whole experience!

Sami and reindeer experience during Polar Night! - This is a MUST do! From all the ones we did as Family this one takes the trophy! We got to experience a really nice ride, got to the reindeer camp and they are gorgeous and calm. We did the 1pm tour and I was afraid of Polar nights but we had perfect sunset lights! My kids adored the reindeers- we had hot cocoa and cookies and also fires if it got too cold. It followed by a Sami dinner and a great Sami experience where we got to learn so much about their culture. Its amazing!

Great tour - It's a great experience to be so close to the deers. Very nice experience of Sami culture and singing. Unfortunately the package does not include sledding as the snow isn't thick enough in this weather yet, otherwise it's a perfect tour.b

Highly recommend - We were so impressed by the amount of time we could spend with the reindeers. There were so many in a large area we weren’t cramped, and could get photos with no other people in the background. The reindeers were gentle. The Sami knowledge of our guide was excellent and intriguing. For the best photos I recommend trying to plan for a day when there has been snowfall.

Cool experience - It was a cool experience, but dress warm. It was freezing!!! No sledding because of lack of snow so we just fed the reindeers.

Worth it! Must do in tromso - Great experience, not expensive. Funny story from Sami The Stew is great! But i hope there can be more toilet. Only 3 toilets for near 70 ppls is not enough

Enjoyable and Insightful Experience - It was enjoyable feeding the hungry reindeer. Learning about their changing environment was helpful as climate change affects these hardy creatures. Linda was especially helpful as we talked about its impact. We also gained some insight into Sami culture after having a tasty lunch.

A tour resulting in a left femoral neck fracture and surgery! - As no precautions against ice were taken, I fell down during the tour. As my pain continued and I could not walk, I went to a hospital as soon as I returned to my country and learned that I had a left femoral neck fracture. I had a surgical operation on 29 November 2024. I will not hesitate to take necessary actions against the tour company!
