Anderson’s London , loved this trip - We only just made the boat as the meet up address sends you 1000m away from the boat when entered into maps on the iPhone. We would have been in plenty of time only for that. However we found ourselves arriving key side as the boat was just about to sail away. Luckily enough we were only just allowed onboard. Failing this we would have travelled from London and spent £400 for the trip for nothing. Please put the meet time at 7.45am and departure at 8.00am and try to ensure that the meet place is clear. Once onboard all went to plan and we were lucky enough to see plenty of Orca and a hump back whale.

Unique experience! - The trip was perfect, the whole crew and the captain were experts so there was a feeling that you are always safe. We managed to see the whales, make sure you wear warm clothes and have snacks with you.

Once in a lifetime! - Amazing experience. We saw multiple pods of orcas and 2 humpback whales who gave us a show and dove out of the water! The boat is really cosy, plenty snack and drink options. Was 9 hours but didn’t feel like that we had an amazing time and the crew were amazing with lots of helpful and interesting information.

Amazing day with killer whales - Amazing day: the boat is clean and spacious, even complete on that day, we do not feel on each other. And ensures a beautiful visibility even from the inside. The crew is great, always smiling and available to answer many questions (thank you Frida, Connor & the young Italian man whose first day was for the translation into French!)
We had the chance to meet different groups of killer whales who gave us a real ballet and see them hunting herring. The icing on the cake, an eagle joined us for the observation.
I recommend +++

Unforgettably beautiful tour - We took part in the whale tour from the provider Brim on 26.10.24. We have seen mainly orcas and humpback whales. The ship was in a clean condition. The crew members Tobias, Margaux/Margot? and many others were very friendly and helpful. Great service! Thank you so much! During the round trip there were interesting lectures on a wide variety of whale species, Arctic Circle and history. A fantastic and unforgettable experience. Thank you again!

Amazing! - Amazing experience. Absolutely a dream come true! We were lucky enough to see over 100 Orca. I love that when all the other boats weren't being respectful of the whales our boat backed off to protect and be respectful. I'll definitely be back. I'd like to bring my children next time.

Considerate sailing without stressing/pressing the whales. - Very well informed and friendly staff/guides, with lots of knowledge about whales and other animals and plants in the sea. The boat was so nice, clean and cozy with good seating. Consideration was given to the wild animals, so we didn't sail close to/after the whales, which means a lot to us. We had binoculars with us, which is highly recommended.

Beautiful experience but a very long day. - It was a long day! Prepare yourself for a long day! The boat is beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very nice. It took us about 4 hours to get to where the whales were and the guides were very helpful in helping us identify the whales once we found them. We were lucky enough to see a ton of sperm whales. The scenery is beautiful and witnessing the whales was majestic. The guides do a great job of educating us about the whales during the travel time. Food was good and overall a good time but just a long day in a confined space. Make sure to take dramamine before you go as well!

Overbooked and without proper seat assignment - Joined the whale watching tour. It seems overbooked and without proper seat assignement by the crew. The crowd is being splited into two boats without counting number. It is first come first serve basis. It was winter time and the indoor seat is fully occupied by bags and winter clothes. Some of the table seat should be sit for 8 people but then end up only sit for 4 people. It is an unpleasant experience taking long trip for 8 hours on the boat without proper seat.

Very disappointed - Unfortunately, we were not able to make this tour due to arriving 5 minutes beyond the 'meeting/start time' that was noted on our booking tickets. There was no information given on any of the last communications we received to meet 15 min. early, and I only saw that when looking back at the original ad to book. Nevertheless, we were making every effort possible to arrive at least that early anyway, but tried for 40 min. to get a 10 min. Uber ride to the meeting point and were unable to. When we did arrive, it was not clear from the address (Kaigata 6) where we were to be, and no number to call to tell anyone of our situation. I'm sure it was a great tour, but we had no way of contacting anyone locally. Later, we were not only denied a refund but couldn't talk to a real person about any of this during or after our disappointing experience =(! I know they have a full boat booked and must pay that to the tour provider, but I hope they will consider giving the information for contacting them (or they the participants) on site in case of similar situations, as well as providing clear information on the last emails about meeting times and locations.
