Beautiful and informative - For many years, I dreamed of discovering the great Norwegian North, and it's done. The landscape, the climate, the 24 hour day (in summer) and the fact of saying "I was beyond the polar circle" have always attracted me. This hike was done in ideal weather conditions. Delighted to have been accompanied by Armand french, like me. It made his explanations easier to understand. The photos are sublime. Many thanks again for everything. Everything was perfect. Kind regards, Sylvie

Midsummer Night Walk - Hiking at midnight is a very special experience, and the softness of mountains and fjords in the midnight sun is very different from daytime. The night group was not very well attended, my group was only two people, like a private custom, good value. Evgeni, the leader, took great care of everyone, not only telling us a lot about the local human history, but also taking pictures and providing a thoughtful hiking stick. He also provided everyone with meals at the top of the mountain, hot water with him, cushions, so it was clear that the work was very professional. Thanks to Wandering Owl and Evgeni for the perfect Nordic experience. Looking forward to playing together again next time :-)

Highly recommend! - Hike was great! The views up top were beautiful! Evgeni was our guide, and he was amazing. He provided a lot of information on the tour, ensure that we were taken care of along the hike, and helped take wonderful pictures for us! Overall hike was about 2km each way, approx 1 hour and a bit each way. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to see the amazing mountain top views on a low-medium difficulty hike. One minor advice: there were unexpectedly a lot of flys/bugs in the area, which comes with the nature, so prepare yourself for that

Shore Excursion Hike in Tromso - We booked this as an excursion off a cruise ship and are so glad that we did. Our guide was Michael and he did an incredible job. We loved the included meal. The view from the top is incredible. I would recommend this excursion and Michael as a guide to anyone!

Fabulous Summer Day Hike - This trip was exactly what I wanted it to be when I booked. We really wanted to get out of Tromsø for a hike in the wilderness without the hassle of having to hire a car and find a trail by ourselves where we'd likely get lost! We were brought outside Tromsø by 8 seater mini van to Kvaløya about an hour away. The scenery on the way was amazing. It was raining when we started but nobody seemed to mind and we set off. Our guide told us a lot of interesting things about Norway along the way and we saw some Reindeer too. We had a lovely group of people who were very friendly and we chatted along the way. The trail wasn't too hard but got tougher near the top but the views were worth it. Stunning scenery all around. We had a really tasty sandwich and some hot juice and took tons of photos. The mist rose up then but that was quite cool to see too and we then decended into it and back out down the trail. We got a well earned cookie at the bottom before heading back in the van. We were lucky enough to meet a reindeer on the road on the way back too. Overall, I loved this trip and would definitely recommend it. If you're considering booking it, just do it! You won't regret it.

Memorable hike in beautiful nature - We did a delightful small-group hike with our guide, Geoffrey, and Anna & Ivan and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We drove away from the crowds, and found ourselves on a lovely climb to beautiful views. The entire day was completely enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this option to anyone but especially as an alternative to a cruise excursion. No crowds, just beautiful nature and great company.

Mountaintop experience - This was a great hike. It wasn't strenuous (I am mid-60's) and the views are incredible. We ended up having a private tour because the other couple's ship didn't arrive in time. We came in on the Viking Mars ship and had plenty of time to look around in town and then meet our guide (Anthony) at 11:00. Anthony was so friendly and shared lots of his experiences. Because it was only the two of us, we got done a little early and had time to grab a quick bite before our next tour. So glad we did this hike.
