This tour provides all necessary hiking gear and includes round-trip transportation from Tromsø.
- Please note that the following information is important for us to assure the best service:
- We encourage you to provide us with your email address to be able to send you the pictures after the tour
- When exceptional situations arise (e.g. weather cancellations) it is important to reach you. This is easiest if you provide your contact on the road (phone number + correct country code)
- The place where you will be staying at (Hotel, Air BnB or other)
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking as well as medical condition if needed
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Make sure you wear warm and water resistant clothes and have an extra layer with you and shoes/boots that are suitable for hiking
- Sunglasses may be needed here in the arctic too
- It is recommended that you bring a bottle of water with you (0.5 liters should be enough)
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- Please be prepared for limited toilet facilities, there will be a gas station stop during the drive, however the camp itself is in the wild Arctic nature where the only toilet possibilities are in the forest (there are no modern facilities)
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if less than 2 passengers per tour. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

TROMSO : Summer day hike in the wilderness from - I can only write positive things, the tour guide Gerard took us safely on the rocks, we stopped several times to rest, he adapted perfectly to the group. the sandwich was very delicious.Thank you Gerard for this perfect tour, and the gret photos

Great way to spend the morning - Great hike on a beautiful day. Guide made sure it well paced for all. Enjoyed a beautiful panoramic review at the top. Tasty sandwich and beverage. Highly recommend.

Luxury, nearly private hiking trip with stunning views and warm tea at the top - Luxury, nearly private hiking trip: apart from us there was only one other guest, with one very friendly and knowledgeable guide called Evgeniy. We wanted a long but not too difficult hike (I was traveling with my 9 and 12-year old children) and Evgeniy brought us to the perfect place with stunning 360 degree views. It was great to have warm ginger tea and home-roasted coffee at the top. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hike with a guide yet without being in a large groupe.

Beautiful hike and lovely experience - This was a brilliant experience, even better than I expected! Gerard was an excellent guide. He picked us up in front of the hotel, drove us around 30 minutes to the start of the hike (but it was so scenic that the time flew by), and then the hike began. It was a great route, not too strenuous, and beautiful!
We were a small group - a group of three, and two solo travellers including myself - but everybody was friendly and chatted with each other. We learned lots about the wildlife and nature, but also about Tromso culture and quirks.
Gerard gave us sandwiches, tea and coffee at the summit, and took photos along the way - I received these the next day and they're excellent! On the drive back, we saw wild reindeer multiple times. I would happily book this again.

Highly recommend! - Loved this tour! Tour guide Romain was incredible, so knowledgeable and showed a genuine love for what he does! Took great photos too!
Was perfect as a solo traveller, great way to hike and meet new people. Wasn’t a strenuous hike- approx 5km return with gradual elevation, and roughly 4 hours which was perfect, highly recommend!

Lovely walk in amazing scenery - Stunning scenery and views and an excellent guide made for a great excursion. The hike was relaxed and easy. We really enjoyed the drive through the town and countryside, and the hot drinks and sandwiches at the top was a lovely touch. Thoroughly recommend this excursion and company!

Loved the view! - Our hike with guide Evgeni was great! The highlight was the spectacular view that was revealed at the peak, after the trek up. It was complimented with some tasty sandwiches, cookies and even coffee!

Great! - Romain was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The hike was quite easy but had a great pay-off at the summit. The view of 2 fjords was amazing and the included picnic was great. Even the drive to and from the hiking location was quite scenic and beautiful. I really enjoyed my experience!

Beautiful scenery - Our guides and the scenery were fabulous. The van was very comfortable. The info was a little misleading in a couple of areas. Hiking poles and sitting pads were not provided. Description said a vegan option was available but they decided to go to all vegan for everyone which we didn’t particularly like. Was more of a moderate hike to me, but very doable.
