Best day of our lives - From start to finish Andy was absolutely amazing, such a knowledgeable and friendly person.
Who was full of interesting facts about the Aurora and just nature in general.
It was soo refreshing to hear about the Norwegian culture and all the super cool facts about his land.
Which myself and my husband have 100% fallen in love with.
The aurora we got to witness was out of this world and she danced all over the sky and we cannot wait to see the beautiful pictures he took.
The tour bus was so comfortable and warm and at the end, we even got a fire, hot chocolate and cookies with aurora dancing above us.
Thank you for such an amazing night that we will never forget.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants an amazing experience with a fantastic local conpany.
We will be back.

A very good tour company in Tromso - Unfortunately the tour was cancelled due to bad weather. We have arrived at the meeting point on time for the tour, and the driver/guide from the arctic breeze team was already there, a young man with orange jacket. He told the participants of the trip whether to try or cancel the trip because of bad weather and very low chance to see the northern light. We opted to cancel the trip and he promised us a full refund.
The next day we received cacellation of the trip by email, but we haven’t received our refund yet. We communicate with them via email and after a few days we checked our credit card account and the refund was there.
We like to express our gratitude to the Arctic Breeze team for the proffesional conduct. I would recommend using Arctic Breeze for northern light tour in Tromso. They were being honest about the chance to see the northern light that night and were willing to refund the payment.

Splendid night excursion - Wonderful tour proposed by Artic Breeze and his passionate Guide Bryjnar, native of the region, who spared no effort to offer us the best places, away from all light pollution, to observe the sublime Northern Lights.
We drove a 200-kilometre loop in a comfortable minibus in a small group.
Bryjnar not only gave us tips on how to take our photos but also made beautiful pictures himself that he sent us by email after the excursion.
He also offered us a brazier and hot chocolate to allow us to face the polar night waiting for dawn.
This magical night will live long in our memories.

Great first Aurora experience - This was our first aurora tour & experience. Our guide Brynjar was fantastic and extremely experienced. I love the communication about the conditions and preparation about possible disappointments Brynjar detailed us before hand.
Brynjar knew exactly what he was doing right to the point. We didn’t have to go far (1hr from Tromsø) to find a camp spot. After, he spent most of time talking to the groups and taking amazing pictures of the group and the aurora.
Those two pictures are from Brynjar after the tour. I’d recommend this tour! And definitely dress warm from toe to the face!

Northern Lights and hot chocolate... - Superb excursion with the dedicated guide (Oscar) on the fjords north of Tromso. Several stops to find the right spot to see the auroras, explanations, advice and help in setting up the camera to get the best, chocolate/coffee/tea and loan of an additional suit to resist the cold.
The best views were near Sandvika viewpoint near the bridge towards Sommaroy. I highly recommend !

Would use again without hesitation - We did 3 different tours with 3 different companies. Dont like to put all eggs in one basket incase of a poor company. These guys were not a poor company. The guide did a great job, made easier for as we had a good light show, but spent the whole time attending to guests and getting the best situation for us.
Would use again without hesitation.
(for comparison, also did a tour that i would not use again )

I recommend - I really enjoyed the experience, our staff Brynjar was tireless looking for the best spot to see the Northern Lights, we did a lot of km but we managed to do it. Hot cacao and a fire to warm up, they provided thermal suits and a tripod for photos as well as photos. On the way back we made another stop and once again saw the northern lights. On a day where the forecast wasn't very favorable, we made it.

Incredible memories & photos- highly recommended! - The guide was such a professional & expert at knowing where to go for the best photos of the Northern lights. He said is not about chasing the lights, it's about chasing the weather! He knew before we left Tromsø where we would find clear skies & we had a beautiful display with great scenery on the coast. We didn't have to drive anywhere else to 'chase' lights. The hot chocolate & cookies by the fire was amazing & he helped set everyone up with the camera or phone settings for successful results. Small group, up to only 20 meant he had more time fire each person. He was so knowledgeable & kind. He dropped us off at our accommodation around the city after too! :-) Then, our guide emailed us all of the landscape & portrait photos he'd taken of the night- SO great!

Find another tour company if you want to catch the aurora - Save your time and money and book with another tour company. While their website bills small groups of 4-14, we were stuffed into a minivan with 21 people and there were 3 minivans traveling together for a total of over 60 people. Definitely not the small group tour we thought we were booking. Even worse, the tour guides knew there was supposed to be aurora activity coming within an hour (they told us this) but decided to end the tour and bring us back to the city. We missed the best aurora show of the evening even though most other tour groups stayed out to catch the best display of the week. The guides just didn’t seem to care and seemed to want to get home as fast as possible.

Refund issue - Because of changes in itinerary, we cancelled our reservations for Jan 26th on 25th and asked if we could get full refund. On Jan 27th, they sent an email telling me “refund is done” , but I never received. I sent an email for this on Feb 6th, got a reply from Brynjar who told me he would check out. After that, I never received any reply or the refund. I sent several emails asking what’s going on but never received a response. Even if we couldn’t get the refund, or they have done the refund but there’s something wrong, they should give us some reply, that’s a bad experience.
