Personal tour, adjusted to weather and your needs - We really enjoyed this tour, especially being given some quiet family time on the beaches of the beautiful Sommaroy. Maria adjusted the day around, so we can make the best of the day in the Arctic weather, kids getting tired, and even went out of her way to show us some additional places nearby, when asked. Highly recommended.

Tour in and around Tromso with Joan - The car tour with Joan was amazing! We spent our best day in Norway. Joan took us to wonderful places and told us and explained so many things. He made us stop also in the Norwegian Maldives, he stopped in all the best places without hurry, always with a smile! He would take pictures of us so we could have a special memory. Excellent Tour of Sommaroy and Kvaloya - Juan gave us an excellent tour of the Arctic scenery near Tromso. He took us to many scenic and hidden spots on Sommaroy and Kvaloya islands. Fjiords, beaches, mountains, lakes, and overlooks. He even took us to a place to try some local food. Highly recommend.

A fantastic day - We took a very nice tour and the Guide was charming with us, my family and I felt very happy with Juan since he showed us all the corners of the island. Thank you for making our day special.

A Beautiful Day! - I was picked up promptly at 0930 on the day of my tour. The tour guide spoke minimal English and used a translator to give interesting details about the areas we were going through. This caused the conversation to be somewhat stilted and it lacked the spontaneity of being able to ask questions because of the language barrier. However, whatever the guide lacked for in English, he far made up for with absolute joy and enthusiasm for his adoptive country. I doubt a native Norwegian could share such love, amazement, and excitement for Norway as Mr. Lorente did. The group consisted of me, his 2 daughters, and a gentleman from Germany. While the car was a little crowded, it was a magical day for me - seeing the fjords, visiting the sleepy little villages, taking small hikes off the beaten path- everything I hoped the tour would be. We ended our trip at Eide Handel, a grocery store in Kvaloya in business since 1953. This store is unique in that it collaborates with local farmers and fishermen to provide the area with the best local, short-lived food. We enjoyed a meal together at the cafeteria and then I was able to browse the aisles for curiosities before we headed back to Tromso. If you are looking for a tour to get you out of Tromso proper, you would be hard-pressed to find a better guide. Yes, the language barrier made it a little challenging, but Mr. Lorente's obvious joy at sharing his little part of the world made it a day I will remember. Thank you for a lovely day and memories for a lifetime!

An Amazing Tour! - This tour was truly amazing! Beautiful sceneries, a great guide and a lot of information about the islands. I loved this tour and highly recommend it to everyone travelling to Tromsø!

Interesting and a good view of rural life. - Our tour guide was very charming and helpful. Although she used an online translator, the tour was well done and informative.

Scenery was spectacular - Scenery was spectacular...back to nature...breathtaking views...amazing landscape ....guide had no English-used google translate from Spanish to English-disappointing service as language indicated in website was not available

Wonderful nature but poor guiding - The scenery was amazing the guide was poor as he hardly spoke English nor Norwegian. He used translation program. As the guide couldn’t give a full experience it didn’t give value for what you paid. He took you to the places I wished to go to. But as I had a cancelled cheaper booking at another operator I was quite dissapointed as the other trip included more and hopefully had a guide that spoke English.

NO ENGLISH - There was a comunication problem. The guide use Google translate and doesnt help to have a normal conversation. I pay to have a guide in english and I wanted to have It, so not Happy when they are selling a service lying to you. Also the guide Juan its looks he is forcing to much his self to make you Happy, I apreciate for one site but for other site doesnt feel natural, mostly looks fake interaction with you so you dont complain about the lack of communication. Last thing, he doesnt have any idea of the area: There is an audio and after the audio he explain based in his low experience here but if you ask him about the audio he doesnt really even know what the audios says, he just try to avoid the questions and answer you after to check it in Google. In conclusion, I feel robbed.
