In May 1980, Mt. St. Helens famously erupted leaving a massive crater and massive destruction behind. Flying above this mountain is a once in a lifetime experience and we’re pleased to offer this extremely unique airplane flight.
As the most convenient air tour option in Troutdale, we offer daily summer flights up and around Mt. St. Helens for private groups up to three.

Highly recommended! - Jon was a great pilot. He was informative, patient and flexible. The sights were amazing and we were lucky that Jon was able to get above the clouds.

Pleasant flight - Our pilot, John, was very informative as to the sights we were seeing. The flight was as advertised.
A helicopter would have afforded us better visibility for viewing and taking pictures with, but all-in-all it was good seeing 4 volcanoes and their orientations.

Amazing Fun - The pilot was able to answer all our questions, and we had an amazing view of Mount St Helen . We were able to the crater and where the blast zone was. We had a great time.

A great choice - This was an excellent experience! It was a little cloudy when we were flying so our pilot gave us the option to see another mountain and observe the waterfalls. We ended up still seeing Mt St Helens and it was well worth it!! Our pilot was John and he was informed and able to point out all of the sights.

Cool pilots, cool area, cool thing to do - Jon and KJ were fantastic guides on this highly recommended flight around Mt St Helens! The day before we caught up on the event from 1980 by watching docs so we knew exactly what we were looking at.

Amazing views of the volcano! - We had a fantastic trip up to and around our local volcano, Mt. St. Helens. Spectacular views of the mountain and its surroundings! Our pilot Spenser was skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we knew we were in great hands. Last year we flew the Mt. Hood loop, and this was just as amazing.

Mountain trifecta - flawless experience - Booking was easy and straightforward. Communications were excellent. Staff was ready early. Pilot was courteous, professional, and provided a safe and comfortable ride. Pilot was entertaining and engaging for both our older passengers and 11 year old child. Fantastic family experience.
Aircraft appeared well-maintained. Also, very roomy, even for two adult males in the backseat at 6'2" & 6'4".
I will happily book again with Envi Adventures in the future.
Outside of Envi's control, but adding to the experience: very calm air, beautiful day, incredible Cascade mountain scenery.

10 out of 10 recommend! - This was so oamazing! We flew up to Mt. St. Helens and loved every second. Booking the flight was quick and very straight forward, pilot was awesome, the rest of the staff was excellent, and the prices were very affordable! We looked at doing a helicopter tour with another company, and the price was over A LOT more for the 2 of us!! So glad we found Envi! Thank you for a great experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great experience - Mount St Helens didn’t cooperate so my sister and I flew down the Columbia River Gorge. Davis was knowledgeable and the experience was memorable. I will do it again.
